Joe and his team were extremely professional and their customer service along with great work would bring me back to them every time. They not only removed a 30 year old metal roof on a 4000+ sq ft. home, they then applied plywood across the roof and then installed a completely new metal roof. The job had many complications due to the age of the home and the wood that was rotten. They fixed a rotten post and other rotten wood pieces in order to complete the work correctly. They had to work with old skylights, a chimney that had leaked a number of times and a difficult location in Austin to reach. They never complained and when other companies on site did not complete their work they stepped in an helped without question. I was a foreman for a rebuild and had multiple companies working with me at the time. I would highly recommend them and have confidence they would complete their task. We did not have a strict time line because it was a large project that had to be worked in with other projects going on at the same time and we need it to be done correctly.

The team at American Traditional has really wowed me and my family. I should start to say that I was referred to them by a friend, and Joe came out immediately to see how he could help. I had asked him to do a minor roofing task, which I had thought would help my situation.
He told me honestly that what I wanted wouldn't work, and that I really needed further consultation. I was frustrated because I was afraid that it would cost too much. They came back to observe the bigger problem, and confirmed what we needed. All throughout the process, these guys stayed positive, were informed and professional, and reassured me that the problem could be taken care of. I suffered many leaks and flooding for far too long before they came to rescue our family from our building problems. They arrived with all of the materials and tools and help they needed, and had it taken care of in two days. This crew is the nicest, most talented metal workers around. I am confident when referring them that my friends will be happy with their work, their timeliness, and their skill. It is an art to be able to bend metal and make it seamless, and these guys have it covered. I am so grateful for their honesty and their willingness to follow through with my problem, which seemed bigger than I could handle, right on through to the completion of the work. In a world which is sometimes unsure and guarded, I would give these guys some major clout, and all my trust to take care of the warehouse.

Not only did Central Texas Metal Roofing Supply Co. recommend American Traditional Roofing & Remodeling but of all the roofers I bidded out, ATRR was by far the most knowledgable and experienced on the latest metal roofing techniques. I was not in the Austin area during my actual roof redo, but Joe worked with my every step of the way to make sure my galvalume metal roof and awnings were completed according to my requests. The team was professional, timely, clean and did a beautiful job. I also recommend adding a facia wrap which really made my roof stand out!
