We are extremely pleased with the entire process of replacing the roof on our home. After receiving four proposals from different roofing companies, we ultimately chose American Supreme Roofing, and it was the best decision we made. A friend referred me to them, and from the first meeting, Alex impressed us. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained all the different material options, and provided a fair price, including wood credits to pass inspection based on our roof's condition.

Alex even dropped off shingle samples and emailed us a proposal with a fantastic financing option--15 months no interest through Wells Fargo, which is hard to find with other companies. The installation team arrived on time as scheduled, and they worked nonstop to complete the project in just three days. A supervisor was always present, ensuring the team followed an organized process and keeping everything on track.

What really stood out was how clean and efficient they were--they cleaned up as they worked, leaving no dust behind in our garage or backyard. Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. Special thanks to Daniel, the project manager, for his patience and dedication to ensuring the project went smoothly. We couldn't be happier with the results. Their prices aren't always the lowest but still very reasonable and for the quality of the service, they are by far our most-valued contractors. I can't speak to their workmanship but what a disappointment with a first impression. I scheduled an appointment with Alex for an estimate for a new roof on my home. I made arrangements to be home for an estimate and 15 minutes after my appointment time had passed without any communication from Alex, I decided to reach out and see what the delay was. I didn't have his direct line but spoke to a young lady who said she would contact Alex to see what the issue was. She called me back promptly and apologized that he was delayed and asked if I would like to reschedule which I did. Later he shows up for the rescheduled appointment and was on time but didn't say anything about missing our earlier appointment and was completely unapologetic. He spends maybe 8 minutes with me and says he would send a quote later same day but never did. Here we are 2 days later and I still haven't received a quote or any communication from him or his company about the status of the quote. Horrible first impression and communication on their part. At this point I'll be looking to give my business to another company that values their customers time and takes responsibility for slip ups. Their lack of communication and consideration for a potential customers time has left me wondering what kind of service they would provide if I gave them my business. Hard pass!

Couldn't be happier. Alex came out and gave me a price to do a roof ""tune up"" on our 30 year old tile roof, and I thought the price was very fair, so I gave them the go-ahead to get started; they came this morning and finished this afternoon. They replaced 10 cracked or missing tiles, resealed and painted all the vents, and adjusted several misaligned tiles.
Tony and his crew were exceptional, very friendly, made sure I was satisfied, and did an excellent job.
American Supreme Roofing is a very professional, organized company, and exceeded my expectations.
