I have used American Roofmasters for several years. I initially needed a roof repair
which was promptly fixed the same day as my appointment. Now I call every summer and get a
maintenance check to make sure the roof is in good shape for fall and winter. Mark always sends me
the same employee, Russell. They get back to me right away and send someone within a day or two.
I just can't say enough about the great service Mark and his team provide.

I had my gutter cleaned and a spark arrestor installed on top my chimney by American Roofmastets. Mark, the owner, was thorough in explaining what was to be done after hearing my specific request. He was very professional and didn't make me feel like he was rushed. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and respectful.
Cleaning, inspection, and installation was done by Russell, who was also very knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful. The price was quoted after inspection, and permission obtained before any work was done. Very excellent service all around! I highly recommend American Roofmasters !!(located in the Torrance or Lomita area)

They are horrible. I called for an estimate on a chimney leak repair, this grandma lady said she would get back with me next week. After 3 weeks of no contact, I had to call them and the same lady didn't apologize for the lack of followup, but just kept talking over and over about how popular they are thats why they couldn't get back with me. To me thats horrible customer service but even worse was she told me that unless I committed to the repair now (unseen) she couldn't have somebody come out because you guessed it....they are so popular and busy.

No thanks, you may have been a good company at one point but with that attitude, wont be in business much longer. Save your time and money

This roof repair company came highly recommended by another roofing company. I had to make several calls to the company and finally spoke to a very nice woman who took my information and was sending someone out to take a look at our three-unit townhouse roof. I never heard back from this company and then left several messages, but to no avail. The outgoing telephone messages states emphatically that ""we are the best of the best"" and that ""your call will be returned."" I wasted valuable time in attempting to use this company.

My town house has a skylight. There was a leak developed near one of the corners since last year. I hired one skylight company to fix it. It did not stop the leak. American Roofmasters did it. They are knowledgeable and thorough. They did a superb job but they are more expensive than others.
