My elderly mom had a leak in her living room ceiling last year and had her roof repaired in October 2020 by American Roofmasters. They did an excellent job. However, during the recent rain, she noticed the same spot was leaking. I called American Roofmasters and left a message. She and I both received a return call from the owner, Mark, within the hour. A technician was sent within two hours, who determined the leak was not coming from the roof but from a gap between the eaves and stucco. He sealed the section of the gap where the water was coming in. He was very patient with my mom, and was extremely friendly and polite. We received a follow up call from Mark, who told my mom there would be no charge, even though the leak was not coming from the roof. We continue to be impressed with the service, friendliness, and professionalism of everyone at this company.

Very unprofessional. Called about 4 times and never got a return call over a 3 week period. I was even given a reference number on one call -- but no follow up. Last straw I called today, a man answered the phone and said 'You weren't who I was expecting'. He told me to hang up and call right back and leave a message for the receptionist. Def one of the most disrespectful, tacky encounters I've had. Sorry to bother you. Thought you were running a business.

Adding to my previous review of American Roofmasters -- Can't say enough good things about them! We just finished an annual maintenance review where Erick with his incredible experience and knowledge of roofing alerted us to some damage from recent winter rains and repairs we needed after we had a skylight panel replaced by another company. I love to get assistance from someone who really, really knows their stuff! As usual, Mark the owner was terrific in getting us scheduled -- and their team was perfect in getting the work done, professionally and with careful consideration to be so quiet, we hardly knew they were here! We will continue to use Mark and American Roofmasters for every roof we have!

Last year in Oct our older (Late 1970's) 3-unit condo complex in North Redondo (red tile hot-roof) was beginning to develop leaks in all three units. After many years of being maintained by a Redondo Beach (J Witt) roofing company that had been with us since 1984, but had recently gone out of business (retirement), we began to look for a new roofer.

We did an EXHAUSTIVE search, and interviewed over a dozen companies, and got proposals from most of them.

NOT A SINGLE ONE showed the genuine concern, knowledgeability, professionalism and thoroughness of AMERICAN ROOFMASTERS.

Mark and Karen in the office were exemplary, keeping us up to date and fully informed every evening, as things progressed.

But it was Eric and his team that really took the First Place Prize.
Eric's breadth of knowledge, professionalism, and his ""all-seeing eyes"" allowed him to point out and document EVERY SINGLE LITTLE DETAIL that was a potential contributing factor to our leakage problems.

He was simply AMAZING in catching details that the other 10 companies either missed or weren't even looking for.

Eric and his crew did a thorough job on all 3 units in less than a week; and, their bid for our job was very thorough, very competitive, and very fair in our estimation.

I am more than happy to say, that with all the rain that we have experienced since OCT 2019 until now, there has NOT BEEN A SINGLE TRACE OF ANY LEAK, from the roof itself, or the roof-line stucco walls where the leaks left water stains on our interior walls.

You will not go wrong contacting American RoofMasters for a bid.

Please, put us on your yearly maintenance program, so that Eric can find any new issues that need attending to, on our old, but perfectly water-tight, red-tile roofs.

Russell did an excellent repair job for us, his work is very thorough and he explained to me every little thing he did. Although it took almost 6 months for them to send someone out for the quote, but they start the job the next day after the quote. Since they performed the work, I get an annual inspection for free as long as it is between May and August every year. Very happy with the work quality.

Worse experience, they charged me $575 to evaluate a leak on my roof, but they completely missed it. I had to call another company and the problem was very basic, leak in the sealing of chimney flashing.

We are so grateful to our neighbors for recommending American Roofmasters! We bought our home 3 years ago, and we had recurring leak issues ever since.
