I needed a roofing company to sell my house. I interviewed several, and was looking for an organized contractor to do the job.

Mr. Jose Jaquez (Field Estimator) came to give me an estimate . Immediately, he deivered value by taking pictures of the roof tiles, and helping me understand the condition and remaining life of the roof.

I even had another roofing comoany offer me an estimate to remove two layers of existing roof (A LIE).

I also needed a new (roof mounted) HVAC system and Mr. jaquez worked seemlessly with the HVAC contractor delivering me a total solution to my roofing needs.

I found American Roofing to be reasonably priced, effective, reliable, and honest. This is RARE!!!! Ive been disappointed in the service quality with many contractors seemingly chasing a buck and operating primarily in their interest; not yours!

American Roofing is a TOP NOTCH Operation in my book!!!

I called to have someone come out to give me a quote to repair a rain gutter. A gentleman came out, looked at the gutter and left. He never called me back with a quote. A week later I called inquire about the quote and was told I would receive a call back but never did.

I thought based on past reviews i would have had a better experience.Not so......after having them install gutters,i was not happy with the finished product.The customer service is not good at all.They see money and thats it.I tried to work issues out with the manager and the owner as well.They actually wanted more money to do the job correctly after lack of communication on their part.Trust me.........I WOULD NEVER recommend them to anyone.........Bad experience from money hungry buisness.

I reached out to American Roofing and the next day Jose came to my house and was extremely kind and professional! After reviewing the proposal I shared it with my neighbor who also wanted new gutters. Jose was able to schedule us on the same day. They arrived with a crew of guys who were all also very kind and professional, even the owner was on site doing the install..that speaks volume to me. Anyways, couldn't be happier and I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

This firm was fantastic, they showed up on time each day, they cleaned at the end of each day. Where I could move my vehicles back in my drive way each night. Jose had the city inspectors out on time preventing delays in there work. My job fell on those hot summer days 100 degrees and the smoke in the air. They were in and out in four days, the roof looks great and the new gutters matched perfectly with my cottage style paint. They went the extra mile replacing one of my patio post. Best of all the price they quote is the price i paid. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. The whole team was very professional easy to talk with telling me the process each morning. And they complied to COVID19 guideline from the mask to distancing.

The worked was done with professionalism and very meticulous. They cleaned up the debris that was left from the roof repair which I was grateful for. Both men were polite and knowledgeable and took their time to do an excellent job! I am so pleased with their work.

All I needed was a roof repair, and they did it right. One section of roof by a down spout had dry rot on the lumber under the shingles. I called America, and a gentleman by the name of Jose came by the day after I asked for an estimate. He explained all that need to be done, gave me a written estimate, and said that a couple of his guys could come by and take care of it withing a couple of days. I called him back that afternoon, and excepted his estimate. This was on a Tuesday. He called me Wednesday morning and said they would come by Thursday morning and get it done. What needed to be done is an area approximately 4 X 6 that they had to strip the shingles and padding off of, then the bad wood had to be removed, then a new piece to replace it had to be installed, then re padded, and re shingled. Prior to installing the new wood, they painted it with primer, then used the paint that I gave them to paint it with so it would mach the house (they did this as a courtesy at no charge). Everything tuned out great. They did an excellent job, an it only took them around 4 hours to complete. I would recommend American Roofing if you need repairs, or new roof for that matter..
