American Roofing answered the phone when I called to request a quote. Jose came the next business day, and did the math before leaving.

My house is 46 years old, and the project involved removing a patio roof, as well as repairing a significant amount of dry-rot. They did my entire roof. The quote wasn't the lowest, but significantly lower than the top. The crew was very professional - punctual, courteous, and did a great job.

When a problem occurred (they missed a small area of dry-rot), they quickly resolved it without the slightest bit of friction. This is a very good sign, because no company is perfect, and when issues arrive you will often see a different side to a company.

I am fully satisfied and highly recommend American Roofing.

I needed a roofing company to sell my house. I interviewed several, and was looking for an organized contractor to do the job.

Mr. Jose Jaquez (Field Estimator) came to give me an estimate . Immediately, he deivered value by taking pictures of the roof tiles, and helping me understand the condition and remaining life of the roof.

I even had another roofing comoany offer me an estimate to remove two layers of existing roof (A LIE).

I also needed a new (roof mounted) HVAC system and Mr. jaquez worked seemlessly with the HVAC contractor delivering me a total solution to my roofing needs.

I found American Roofing to be reasonably priced, effective, reliable, and honest. This is RARE!!!! Ive been disappointed in the service quality with many contractors seemingly chasing a buck and operating primarily in their interest; not yours!

I called to have someone come out to give me a quote to repair a rain gutter. A gentleman came out, looked at the gutter and left. He never called me back with a quote. A week later I called inquire about the quote and was told I would receive a call back but never did.
