arrived on time, set up and spent several hours thoroughly cleaning roof, with cleanup of all surrounding areas at house, and photos to document the completed job. I really appreciate the professional approach throughout this job!

I met with the owner (Jose Sanchez) and was comfortable with his knowledge and expertise as he has over 20 years experience in the roofing industry. His estimate was thorough and fair with full clarity of the work and type of roof needed.
His team showed up on time every day and were very professional. We were so pleased with the high standards of work performed that upon completion of the roof, we hired ASR to paint the exterior of the house and upgrade our dilapidated laundry room attached to the garage. Jose Sanchez and his team do great work.  I have used him several times.  A new roof for my son's house, roof and termite patio repair on our old house,  roof repair on the new house we purchased, replaced a skylight and recently did gutter installation and repair to my son's and our house.  Jose and his team has always done quality and is reasonably priced.  He and his team are wonderful to work with.  They show up on time, work hard and always clean up before the leave.  Recently, when they did the gutter repair for our house, crew leader (Jose Hernandez) and his team had to work in really bad weather. Jose came to the house and looked at my leaks and also quickly inspected the rest of the roof and identified a few other issues that should be updated while he was also fixing the leaks. We reviewed his pictures together. I also walked the roof and agreed with everything he said. He gave me a very detailed estimate. I thought the price was very fair and reasonable for the work. He knew all about the style of tiles (concrete) that were on my roof, where to get them, and how to work with them. The crew came out a week later. They were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves each day, and did a great job so far as I can tell by visual inspection. I sent Jose a couple pictures via email and had some questions after the repair was done , and he followed up quickly to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Renovation Roof and Construction. We have not had any heavy rain since Renovation completed the repairs, but everything looks good so far.

I was referred to Jose by another roofing company that was currently not taking on new roofing repair jobs. I was told that Jose had over 20 years experience with tile roofs. I decided to give him a try. He dropped by in a couple days and performed an estimate. He was very professional and organized. He checked out my three problem areas and provided a thorough estimate. He took some pictures but I wished I would have asked for them just to have them.
I also got a couple other bids. When it's raining, all the roofers are busy and we're about 8 weeks out from being able to do the repair. Jose came out and fixed my roof about two weeks after he did the estimate.
Thank you Jose for saving me from having any further ceiling damage from a leaking roof.
