American Roofing LLC did such a fantastic job on my roof! What I like most is how quickly they responded to the call for the inspection, then how quickly they started the process with my insurance company, then how quickly they did all the roof work! The second best thing was the absolute fantastic customer service provided by Justin, he was super responsive and attentive; he made sure to thoroughly explain every step of the process, expectations, and time line. He was so patient in answering all my questions and concerns, and I heard nothing but great things about him when I spoke to my insurance claim adjuster, so he's a great communicator!
