A costly mistake to hire this company, cost my mother her life's savings for a new roof. there will be no service/check work after they do the roof. they do not answer your calls if you call more than a couple of times once they see your number on the caller ID. 3 weeks after they were contacted, contractor/owner finally came, checked the attic with visible water leaks with photos to prove it, contractor stated in writing "" no leaks of any kind"" and "" next false alarm will be charged and left. the secretary that work for the company came to the house took Photos, called another worker to check the leak, worker went on the roof, in 10 seconds found the source of the leak and confirmed it to the secretary and to myself, he used a sealant to temporary seal some leaks. DID not fix the problem. Do not use this company, very rude staff, very disrespectful to my mother, very unprofessional work, will not back up their, work will not help you in anyway.

Do not use this company whatever you do. The service is horrible. I called to make an appointment to have my roof fixed in the roofer never ever showed up and when I called to ask about it they were very rude. The people in the office didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me the roofer wasn't showing up I had to call myself. The roofer kept not showing up over and over again and I would call and ask the lady in the office and she would be very clueless. She didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me he wasn't showing up. Finally when he gets to the house he barely speaks English and attempts to fix my roof. He leaves and says he's done and about 10 minutes later then chips of drywall start to fall down I have to call him back and the whole charade starts over again the lady in the office says he'll show up he never shows up. They also way over charged me don't use them.
