After just six months of having my ridge cap on the marriage line replaced, my roof is leaking again along the marriage line. Left voice-mail and sent message. I've read that they've tried to charge others for follow-up repair, but I should be seeing ZERO leaks. If they try this will me, I will report them to the licensing bureau. If they repair free of charge and do the job RIGHT this time, I will change this review.

Never use this company. They will promise to fix leaks and after shoddy work it will leak as bad or worse. The owner Bill refuses to inspect shoddy work and then charges to repair the initial shoddy work. Never use this company!

This company is a scam was quoted 1100 for shingles and gave me a signed contract, first kevin never showed up then the next day he shows up late and said the work is to much and he misquoted the job and wanted 2000 or he would leave. He looked like he was on drugs and left.

I just received a call from the owner of this company. He called me last Saturday morning and committed to be at my house the same afternoon between 4pm and 5pm. However he, nor anyone with this company showed up. And although he committed to call me if there were any changes to these plans, no call was made. When he called me this morning, instead of apologizing he said ""I cannot remember if we went to your house or not"" Really Sir? Is that your statement to me this morning? You cannot remember? I explained to him that I would not set up another appointment and told him that if I still wanted an estimate I would let him know. And he told me ""Listen I know you are pissed off....so find someone else to work on your roof.......I am trying to recover from the damage someone else did to my company...have a nice day"". This is a direct quote from the owner or at least the person who claims to own this company.

There is not a rating low enough for this company. I just pray that no one out there is so desperate to have to use this company. I would rather get rained on than to use this company to repair/install my roof.

I have been trying for over 3 months to get them to honor the warranty on my roof. Now with Hurricane Irma's impact, I have moldy walls and wet moldy carpets from the holes in my roof not fixed. Kristie in the office keeps trying to get help from area manager to no avail. Orlando manager Kevin blames person who did original work. Doesn't matter -honor your contract! My roof has gone from fixable to open holes damaging whole house! Any one know a good contract lawyer?

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I called in to get a quote, the person I spoke with was immediately put off by the fact that I wouldn't give him my cell number. I explained that I was calling on behalf of clients for my job, and would only be able to speak during normal business hours. He starts asking me for all of this info on our clients and I asked him if he had to go out there to give me the quote. He spoke to me like a child even referring to me as ""young lady"". I told him frankly, thank you for your time but we wont be using you, you have terrible customer service, and I hung up. This man calls me back!! Says to me, ""yeah this is the guy you just told to go to hell"" and hangs up. It was really threatening and weird. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I am reporting to BBB.

Got my sky light replaced since it was leaking & not only did they charge us way too much, but new sky light is leaking & it's been less than a year & won't do anything about it!!! Gave us plastic with 4x4's and upside down baseboard & charged us for glass!

When we first had it put in, the owner, Bill came over to fix a few things after & he wasn't pleasant at all. Total attitude the whole time like we were in the wrong for giving us customer service that we deserved!

Now that it's leaking, he gave us more attitude & said, ""You want me to work for free?"" Seriously? Work for free? Your work is crap & we paid you enough to do a few sky lights...but you think you're working for free to fix your company's faults!

Then come to find out, all of their staff that did work for him all quit cause he's such an awful boss.

I would highly NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Having to get a complete NEW Glass skylight (by Dean of Brackert Construction Inc) for half the price we paid along with additional roof work that should've been done in the first place by American Quality Roofing!!!

We don't know how ppl can do business like this & sleep at night. Gives small businesses a bad name.

STAY AWAY! American Qiality roofing caused more leaks than they fixed. They used inappropriate materials & methods and to ""fix"" my roof (as per the local building inspector).

When contacted about the fact that my roof leaked worse than ever after their ""repair"" the owner was appallingly rude. After weeks of back and forth the owner now dodges my calls.

Don't take my word for it, check the BBB or the Florida Dept. of professional business regulation.

I wasted too much money with this charlatan. In the end I had to rip off every bit roofing they laid down and start new to fix my roof properly. Don't make the same mistake I did. Look up any licensed tradesman with the appropriate governing body and if they have ANY complaints lodged against them, find another, reputable provider.

PS. Bill if you read this, check Matthew 6:5, you are not fooling anybody with that ridiculous vinyl on your truck.

BEWARE, approx 13 months ago I paid this company AQR in cash to have my flat roof re-surfaced, proper tie-in installed and the entire flat roof perimeter sealed. The work is under a 36 months guarantee. I called the owner (W.Z.) on July 4th to report a leak above the kitchen area causing water to run down my kitchen cabinet. The owner told me he will have someone out early Monday or Tuesday. I called again on Monday, July 7th and left several messages, the owner finally called me back. I again explained the situation to him and that the roof leak has caused my cabinet to swell, etc. The owner (W.Z.) told me that he was in a situation where he had no one in the area and the best he could do was send someone (his son) from Orlando on the weekend (that's 6 to 7 days away). I told him that was unacceptable; by then I would have incurred extensive damage. He said he will see what he can do! I haven't heard back from him. The correct thing to do is send someone ASAP not a week later. In drove by the Taft St. location and they are on longer there. Buyers beware, I would not recommend them to anyone.

The work was timely,and when I had a leak that was covered warranty, Scott came to to fix it.
I recommend A.Q.R. to anyone who needs roofing repairs in Orlando Fl.
