I used American Pride roofing after hail storm in 2019. I picked them in part because I like to support my local businesses . After the roofing job there was some issues where the company demanded $6,000 more money before they would give me my roofing warranty. I reluctantly agreed with the awkward request and just wanted my warranty and move on. Last winter I noticed water damage coming down and decided I needed to have my roof inspected and used my warranty. After repeated leaving messages and having nobody answer there phone or call me back . I am at a total loss . I feel that my warranty is worthless and that they may be out of business now. so warning to everyone .

Can't say enough good things about American Pride Roofing. From the beginning interaction of getting an estimate to the installation of the roof it was a great experience. Craig was so professional and easy to understand all aspects of this process, he was always working on our behalf. The crew that installed the roof was very efficient, arrived on time, worked all day and cleaned up everything...SPOTLESS!! Would absolutely recommend them .

Jeff Jenkins from American Pride knocked on our door to try and sell us on getting our roof done. We discussed prices and set up a time for him to come back when my husband was home. He came several days later and met with me and my husband. After inspecting the roof and giving us prices, he became extremely pushy when my husband didn't want to commit to buying our roof from him. My husband politely asked him to leave the property and he became belligerent and began screaming expletives at my husband. I was really scared and went into the house. The only way my husband could get him off our property was to tell him that he was going to call the police! DO NOT go with this company!s at my husband. I was really scared and went into the house. Bad bad experience. Put on subpar quality shingles and the workmanship was amateurish at best. We had roofing companies coming to the door asking if they could quote us a new roof to replace our old roof. We told them that the roof was barely a year old. Fought with management to finally get them to do something about the terrible shingles and workmanship. The supervisor on the project was nonexistent and incompetent and the final product was a testament to their lack of give a darn. Use someone else and save yourself a lot of trouble.

American Pride Roofing has gone out of business, as they defaulted on their office space lease here in Lewisville this month and the excuse they gave was that their business has dried up and they are out of business.

Buyer beware...American Pride Roofing does not back there workmanship. Had a roof put on by them 2 years ago, the bad workmanship is now showing up. We called and talked to the owner & a manager, they said would come out and give us a quote...the quote was to replace the roof they put on two years ago. They both told us to file a claim with our insurance. Their customer service is below average. We are sorry we referred this company to our neighbor....I hope their roof last longer than ours.
