These guys are horrible! My parents were totally taken advantage of after Hurricane Harvey by David Tucker and this company (notice he gave himself 5 stars on a Google review). He is a smooth talker and repeatedly says ""we are not that kind of people"". He agreed to do a job, his sub-contractor made a mess, he agreed it was sloppy but said ""we misunderstood"", said he would make it good, I agreed to pay more for the ""fix"", NEVER showed up, NEVER CALLED to explain. They even LEFT trash to be hauled off in addition to staining the concrete. Also, the bracing for the extended roof over the patio was deemed insufficient. I simply gave up and went with somebody else. They are not dependable in ANY way! David blames the sub-contractor, hires another, that one talks badly about David-David talks badly about him, then Dan gets involved and he does nothing either. Hard lesson learned for all.

BEWARE! Of this company and their contracts. DO NOT sign the Insurance approval contingency contract as it will limit you from getting the best roof for the best money from your insurance settlement. Reputable Roofing companies will gladly provide you with free estimates without demanding that you sign a contingency contract. They will claim you owe $475 to break the contract. Do not sign a contract until they provide a complete and detailed list of materials used and cost, which this company will not do once you sign the contract!
