Chris and Steve came out right at 10am when we had our appointment scheduled. There were no ""sorry I'm running late excuses"" that you tend to get with every other company lately. They found the problem and fixed it for me on the spot! I'm not the best at math but when a company comes out FOR FREE and doesnt charge an ""inspection fee"" that is one heck of a savings. Call AE roofing. Solid people. Solid company. Professional and well groomed well dressed clean truck professional maintained and looking. not a fly by night company that just started because of all the storms. Very helpful and responsive and happy to work with. I'll keep their sign in my yard until the wind takes it!

American Eagle Roofing was a fantastic choice! We purchased a home in December that didn't have gutters on the main home and the shop, which was destroying the siding of the structures from the rain runoff. American Eagle came out for a quote, we signed the contract early January and the work started early February. The gutters look great and match our red metal roof so well, and most importantly they work perfect! We hired 4 companies to do some other work around the same time, and American Eagle is the only one that got the work done when they said they would. Definitely recommend, everyone we dealt with was awesome.

They did the entire roof inspection and repair less than a year ago. Now, I got another company to do the same repair because they didn't do a good job.

I used them to replace my roof and to put in gutters, but only where I needed the roof replaced and the gutters replaced. They were awesome. They have a showroom where you can go see the product. They were very reasonably priced compared to some of the other companies who gave me much higher quotes, and had me replacing a roof on a garage that was not ready for replacement yet. They fit me in their busy schedule so I could replace my roof that had partly blown off during the most recent wind and rain storms. They hire Veterans and did a great job!

Our roof replacement was completed a few weeks ago with American Eagle Roofing in Folsom. Overall, we were happy with the quality of the work completed and the price. We started the process in October 2022 and met with several different companies to determine if we needed to repair or replace our roof. Due to poor original construction and damage from squirrels, we made the decision to replace. We always felt comfortable asking questions and gaining an understanding of the why and the what of the re-roofing process.

Our original roof was S-tile which contributed to allowing easier access for squirrels. Each of the companies we spoke with suggested conversion to asphalt composite shingles instead of replacing with tile. We were initially concerned about the look of shingles compared to the other homes in our neighborhood all having tile. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the look of the shingles and it doesn't stand out in a negative way even though we were the first in our neighborhood.

I appreciated the communication from Rob when working through the bidding process, helping us understand the work that was needed and ensure we felt comfortable with the steps to get the job done. American Eagle was not the cheapest of the bids and we never felt pressured.

The roof replacement process started with a tear-off of the old tile, paper and dry rot. Next came the process to replace any plywood with dry rot. Lastly, gutter replacement and laying and securing the shingles. Overall, the process took 4-5 days. In advance of the start of the project and at the end of each day during the job, I heard from Becca, the project scheduler. She did a solid job of emailing, calling and texting to provide updates and/or addressing questions/concerns from us.

As with any larger home construction project, we faced several different issues. However, I thought American Eagle did a good job of communicating with us and ensuring everything would be handled. I would not hesitate in recommending American Eagle Roofing for those looking for a repair or replacement of their roof. I think they understand the importance of communicating during each step of the process and ultimately doing what they said they'd do.

I was scheduled for an appointment, but no one showed up. I called the office and spoke with Marisa who was very apologetic. So she scheduled me for another appointment on 1/25 from 1:00-3:00. Again, no show. I called back and Marisa was again apologetic. At this point, I cancelled any future appointments with this company. Because of recent storms roofing companies are busy with repairs. I understand that, but to confirm appointments and not show up is inexcusable. I will never use this company and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

They put on a brand new roof for our new house. From the time we met Sean a year before to the time we actually finished they were great. I was so impressed on the crew who placed the roof and went above and beyond a few times! Highly recommend!

Thank you Shawn at American Eagle Roofing! I appreciate your help, professionalism and friendliness so very much. I didn't need a roof but I did need a piece of sheet metal for an art project I was working on. Not only did Shawn say he could cut a piece of sheet metal for me, he did it on the spot! Michael was the first representative from the American Eagle Roofing Company that I met. He came out to give me an estimate for the leak repair and some maintenance work on my 23-year tile roof. He was very honest, competitive in his price, and professional in his interactions. The repair and maintenance work went on without surprises. I was impressed by Rebecca as the project coordinator, and Marisa, in customer service. Rebecca was on top of the project from the day it started and was in communication with me throughout. The crew was also very considerate and seemed to be experienced in performing the work.
