American Eagle was great to work with, from the bid, though scheduling and on to the final project. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and courteous. We spoke with a number of local roofers and these guys just stood out from the pack. We even had another company (very large local roofing company) who pointed out a bunch of issues from some previous repair and then hemmed and hawed when we pointed out that they were the previous company! American Eagle took care of fixing everything and gave us a great new roof, doing even more than we expected! Highly recommended!

After a recent huge rainstorm, we learned how leaky our concrete tile roof was. Rob from American Eagle Roofing came out and gave us a comfortable estimate to make repairs and extend the life of our roof. The American Eagle crew was onsite at our house within just a few weeks. After a couple of days' work in which they identified and made repairs beyond the initial estimate with no change in project scope, we are now ready for the heavy rains we are expecting in the next few days. Lisa and the rest of the office staff are also great to work with. We had great communication from start to finish.

They repaired a leak I had at a roof vent in Nov 2021 and did a WONDERFUL job! The other 2 roof vents I had they also did preventive work so they would not leak! Very professional and reasonably priced! I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

We needed a new roof due to age and wear and tear over the years. The roof was at least 25 years old.
American Eagle was the 3rd estimate we received. We had already listened to two other company presentations. We knew we had a good deck in place as it was inspected twice by the other companies.
All 3 companies offered GAF Lifetime shingles, but one offered an alternative brand. All 3 companies had an outstanding plan and did a thorough inspection.
American Eagle stood out because of Sean's no nonsense approach. He didn't give us a sales pitch. He told us what he recommended which was similar to another company presentation. He offered similar warranty on the same GAF product and verified all employees were GAF certified installers. It came down to price which they beat the competition hands down. I raised several questions prior to install and Sean answered all of them quickly.
The Caldore fire delayed the installation of the roof, then the rain. In between the rain and storms, American Eagle tore the old roof off in half a day, next morning, materials were delivered and dropped on the roof, roofers came in at noon and by the end of the day, 1/2 roof was installed. Next day, job completed, and our home was all cleaned up as if no one had been there.

I put a bid in on yelp for a roof leak and gutter problem that was urgent. I received a call from Ariel at American Eagle Roofing (5 Stars of great reviews on yelp btw) within 30min who explained the process and pricing.

American Eagle Roofing was doing a job on our block, I chatted with Sean Kennedy, the owner and mentioned that I had a few tiles on my roof that had slid down in a recent storm. I am too old to climb on my roof any more and he graciously offered to send his foreman to fix the tiles during their lunch break. This was a very kind thing to do and is a reflection of the kind of company American Eagle Roofing is.

I found American Eagle on Yelp and glad I did. Super professional from the get-go. Very responsive and friendly on the phone. Came when they said they would come, both for the bid and for the work. Rob went on my roof and took pictures of all that was needed for debris removal and repair, and explained everything clearly. Estimate price was reasonable. I booked the job and they called and confirmed the day before. Marcos and Aldo showed up right on time the day of the repairs and did a GREAT job, more than meeting my expectations. Broken tiles replaced, tile gaps sealed, valleys cleaned, and all the debris on the ground removed so my yard looked great afterward. (Even little things I appreciate, like moving pillows on my patio sofa so as not to blow debris behind the pillows) Marcos also did a small dry rot repair, and seeing the existing wood color from the estimate photos, he came with the wood already painted so I don't have to climb up there and paint. All the positive reviews are well-deserved, I will use them again!

This company subcontracted to have my old roof ripped off. That company showed up five hours late, and damaged the siding of my house and my front door trim as they haphazardly threw the old roof off. When the AER crew came out for the next week, they blasted either country or classic rock music from 8 am until 2:00, at which time they would leave for the day. Nice hours!! As a result of their extremely short work days, the job stretched out past the date they were supposed to finish, and into the vacation my wife and I had scheduled months prior, and had clarified when we scheduled the job. I notified the company of the damage to the house when they asked if I had received the invoice for the job, which payment I had already made in full the day before, the very first day we returned from the afore mentioned vacation. I rated a 2 star because we do have a roof on our house, but that is about the only positive outcome of this experience.
