I recently had roof work done by American Eagle Roofing and they went above and beyond with helping me through insurance struggles. Steve Riley and crew we were wonderful. Reasonably priced, fast and responsive. My roof got fixed before the storms started again.

American Eagle Roofing was a delight to work with. Even through the unexpected rain and snow they kept our house safe. It was me that pushed them to start with ""possible rain"" in the future. Due to my schedule, I really needed the roof done that week. They were almost done by the end of the week and even were getting a Saturday crew to finish the roof. But, it snowed!! I felt so comfortable with the crew, especially Jason, the lead, that we left and they finished the roof without us being home.

They came out to give me an estimate for gutter replacement. Overall, great communication, timely and provided detail estimate and answered all my questions. I ended going with the company that did my roof originally because they offered a lower price and my roof is still under warranty but I appreciated their professionalism and time to look at my gutters.

To be fair, I'll start with the good. The crew did a decent job other than the wreck out crew that left nails all over the property. The finished product is quality and their scheduling was timely. Pricing was also pretty fair.

My concerns start with their lack of communication, clerical errors and a few employee's professionalism.

We received our quote for the roof in a timely manner. We requested an additional quote for a side project due to the roof being covered under insurance. I had to ask several times over the span of months for the side project quote. A week before construction, a manager had to come out to give the quote because the estimator was 100% not responding. We signed the contract for the side project. The day before construction begins, I get a call saying that the side project cannot be completed due to safety concerns about the structure. Fair enough, I'm not going to argue safety, but they had MONTHS to tell me this but kept quiet until the day before they arrived to replace the roof to tell me the news. Meanwhile, I could have spent that time finding another contractor to build a new structure for the side project but I now have to start over right before rain season. Not cool. Especially considering it seemed convenient for them to tell me this at the point where I had no choice but to use them for the roof probably knowing the whole time they would not complete the other project.

Once the roof was completed, I received a call to come down and pay the remainder of the bill. I had to point out to them that they forgot to install gutter guards that were in the contract. Foreman had no idea he was supposed to install them and the office tried to argue until I had to point out the line item in the contract.

Considering all of this, as I said the job the crew did was not bad. I would lean towards giving them 3 stars, but the professionalism of the estimator and manager could have been better. The estimator's main reason for using them over their main competitor was because their competitor sucks. You should be telling me why I should use you, not why I shouldn't be using your competitor. The manager who I dealt with about the side project sounded like he was trying to blame me and the stability of the side project structure instead of dealing with the real issue which was the lack of communication about it.

American Eagle Roofing re-roofed our property in 2023, and did a great job! I'm just dissappointed in the fact that we didn't do our part the same way. I want to apologize to American Eagle team again for the inconvenience.

Tyler is very knowledgeable and I strongly recommend his expertise. If it hadn't been for him, we would not have had our roof done. Thank you, Tyler.

This review is long awaited and much deserved. American Eagle did our roof back in early 2024. We reached out to them after getting multiple quotes and ultimately deciding to go with them because of their warranty. We worked with Chris who was very helpful and answered any and all questions. The roof was completed and while the work was being done there were a few hiccups (unrelated to the completion of the roof), but American Eagle made it right on all accounts. Rebecca is who I was dealing with primarily during this effort to wrap the job up and she handled everything with class, kindness and professionalism. She is a driven individual who reflected positively for her company while also maintaining empathy and concern for her clients. She was the middle man for quite some time and was a delight to work with. She brought us to a resolution and my time with her ultimately brought our experience to a 10 star experience. Very grateful for a roof that was done beautifully with a warranty that shows the company stands behind their product, but the kicker for me and why I will recommend American Eagle Roofing is because of the service we received and you only get that with Rebecca.

American Eagle did a phenomenal job on our roofing project. Everything from the first meeting, detailed estimate, high-resolution pictures of our roof, highly detailed explanations, discussing which work needed to be performed immediately versus delaying some work to future years, to the final nail was very well performed. The work performed was exactly as described and the repairs are virtually seamless to the existing roof.

Every team member brought a host of skills while always displaying a friendly and professional demeanor:

- Brad estimated and balanced our job with honesty and integrity and always with a gracious smile.

- Rebecca handled our project coordination with a smile in her voice and an infectious laugh on every call.

- Iziah and Silas were all smiles every morning with a strong work ethic from the first moment they showed up on the job until they finished.

- Taylor and Chawn showed up every day with a smile and a hearty ""can-do"" attitude making sure everything was done above and beyond the project's scope and we were happy with the finished job.

- Marcos was the stealth ninja showing up silently, getting work done, and then sneaking away leaving a fully completed job in his wake.

American Eagle Roofing combines honesty, pricing, and quality in their work to make them a highly recommended roofing expert.

We hired American eagle after one roofing company's job fixing a leak didn't last. American Eagle did a great job, including identifying an architectural issue that required a specialized repair in order to prevent future leaks. Their owner, Sean, is great and I was very impressed with their work quality and professionalism.

I needed new downspouts and partial re-roof for damaged shingles and American Eagle did a great job! They were responsive and honest on what my roof really needed and detailed the items. Scheduling was breeze and the roofers Taylor came out on time in spite of traffic and worked hard to get the job done the right way.

American Eagle repaired my roof in November 2023. We have illness in the family and were missing tiles off of our roof from the difficult prior winter. We could not afford to go with a full roof replacement at that time which truly is needed and Chris the Project Coordinator assessed what was critical to get us through the winter, gave us several alternatives and gave the priorities of what had to be fixed. The roof shingles no longer exists so he suggested tiles that are amazingly similar and we had the work done. The repairs were done on time and some loose singles in the area of the repair were put back in place properly. After the repair there was an issue with a roof ventilation fan making an odd noise and a roofer came out within a day of the problem occurring and discovered a mounting screw loose and replaced the mounting screws with new longer ones. I am working on a plan to get the roof replaced and American Eagle will be doing the work. I trust them ... they did what they said they would do when they said they would do. They treated us like family.
