I got very good service from the company. They were very helpful with setting up a way to get my roof repair done. Tom Friedman was my contact guy who gave me all the information I needed regarding the repairs, explained what was needed to be done, pros, cons, risks and answered all my questions. He was at the site every day to ensure work was quality work. He embodied the company's name - ""cool"". Leo and his son, did a good job. They worked fast but it was quality work ( my husband climbed up to the roof to see). I trust them with my roofing needs and when it's time to replace the whole roof, I'll definitely call them again.

David and his team were excellent in every way, from my first contact (on time, great information, fast quote within my budget) to the actual work on the roof (a full-roof replacement), to the follow-up after completion. All crew members were extremely friendly and polite. David worked with me to get my insurance to cover an unexpected cost overage due to dry rot and handled all the details of permitting and city inspections without my involvement. The roof looks wonderful - a first class job. Highly recommended.

I originally called in for a repair due to a leak in the ceiling from stormy weather and was educated by Tom on my options and felt better about replacing the roof after seeing how old and worn out it was, glad to have it corrected and it feels good about not having to worry about it going forward! Roof looks much better and the patch work that was done inside exceeds expectations, I can no longer tell where the damage was. Much appreciated!

I recommend American Cool Construction. They did a great job on my roof. They offered the best price, they're professional, I feel like they're a good company to go with. They take pride in their work! We had some extra dry rot on the roof that was over what we discussed, but they took care of it no problem, I really appreciate that! Another remodeling company wanted to charge me separately. For that, their estimate was almost double what American cool did it for. In 3 days I had a brand newroof right in time for the rain! I feel like they're an honest company who's not trying to charge you for every little thing and more about doing a good job, building their reputation.
They even cleaned up everything, blew my backyard, making it look nice. Go with them you won't be disappointed!

David, the owner, and the whole team at ACC were highly professional. David gave us fair price on a new roof including all new plywood and new gutters.

David thoroughly explained everything they were doing to do and answered ALL my questions. David communicated daily with me during the process. He would always answer my calls and always answer my questions. He is just a good guy!
