I had Mr Joe replace my roof and they did the job in 3 days. now let me add this my roof was not in the best shape. Mr Joe and I have talked about my roof being replaced for 5 years he has been wanting to do the job after doing my research he was the best company. Great price, great lead man, clean up excellent not 1 nail I have found. like I said I've talked to him off and on for 5 years about my roof before I let him do it I called everybody to high all of them. He even showed me the houses he completed I went and looked first. Well he done the job it's finished and man they are to me the best roofing company I have ever witnessed put on shingles I can't tell you about metal my wife wanted shingles. i used him because he said this my friend im going to make your roof shine he did just that. choose whom you will but i would suggest using Mr Joe American Roofing and Construction.

Joe/ America Roofing had done my Dads house 20+ years ago and I had forgotten. He had done my house next door and I had forgotten till I had hail damage and checked for papers in my files to see who I had used. So I dialed the number just hoping ! Joe answered and he even remembered my Dads and my house. . . .and the tiny town of Tehuacana where we lived. He answers his phone. . .returns his calls. . .completes the job to your satisfaction and at a price (I shopped) I couldn't beat. Thanks Joe!!

Highly recommend! Joe and his team did an AMAZING job on our roof. We are extremely satisfied with how professional and courteous the entire team was. They showed up early and started working right away, completed the job in one day and did excellent work. Everyone was super friendly and they made sure we were happy before they left. Do not use this company. Joe Ted Olvera is a liar. Long story short they got the $$ from my insurance June 2020, it is now March 2021 and my roof is still not complete.

We met with Joe Olvera Jr. on 10-24-19 to review the plans for our new home build and a workshop and greenhouse. After reviewing the plans, we agreed on a price for the framing and roofing. On 11-16-19, Joe Olvera Jr. met us at the property with the contract outlining the framing and roofing project. At that time he indicated that his crew would start on 11-18-19 on the home. He also offered that beginning the week of 11-25-19, he would have a second crew on site to complete the greenhouse and workshop. He stated that all work would easily be completed by the end of November. He requested a down payment of $4,296.88, which was 25% of the contract total. We were reluctant to do so but he insisted and assured us things would progress quickly.

On the morning of Monday, 11-18-19, we called Joe Jr. as the crew had not arrived. He said they were in transit. The four person crew arrived at the property at 10:30. They took a lunch break from 12 noon to 1:30 and started putting their tools away at 4:30 and left promptly at 5. This work schedule maintained for 11-18, 19 and 20. We experienced light rain on 11-21 and 22 and Joe indicated the crew would work on Saturday, 11-23-19 to catch up. No crew showed up.

On the morning of Monday, 11-25-19, a smaller crew of three workers came to property. We called Joe Jr. and expressed our concern as the job was moving very slowly and the second crew he offered had not shown up. The smaller crew worked 11-25, 26 and 27. With the Thanksgiving holiday, they did not work the rest of the week.

On Monday, 12-2-19, we called Joe Jr. in an attempt to find out why no one had shown up to work on house, etc. He did not answer the phone, so we left a message. He did not return the call. On Tuesday, 12-3-19, we again called Joe Jr. He indicated that he had fired the crew but was getting another crew together to complete our project. We also called his brother, Michael Olvera. When he answered, we explained our concerns. He indicated that he would talk with Joe and give us a call back in 5 minutes. He did not return the call and repeated phone calls the rest of the day where not answered.

Throughout the remainder of the week of 12-2 to 12-6, we made repeated calls and text messages to both Joe Jr. and Michael. Each time the calls were not answered, a voicemail message was left but no calls were returned.

On Monday, 12-9-19, we again left messages for both Joe Jr. and Michael. We also called the office and spoke with Joe Olvera Sr. Joe Sr. said he was not aware of the problem and also was not aware of the contract or down payment. He indicated that they would ""take care of it"". Shortly after speaking with Joe Olvera Sr., Joe Jr. called and assured us that they had a crew and they would be here on 12-10-19.

Unfortunately, it rained on 12-10-19. We did not hear from Joe Jr. but assumed the crew did not show due to the weather. On 12-11-19, we called Joe Jr. at 10:30 when no crew showed up again. He did not answer so we left a message. Both Michael Olvera and Joe Olvera Sr. were also called but neither had an explanation for why no one showed. We were repeatedly assured that a framing crew of 4-5 would be at property on 12-12-19.

On Thursday, 12-12-19, no framing crew showed up. Phone calls to Joe Jr. and Michael were not answered. Joe Sr. just keeps saying ""we take care of"".

At this point, we have very little work completed on the house project and nothing done on the greenhouse and workshop.

We have repeatedly asked America Roofing and Remodeling to either complete the project as outlined or simply refund the down payment if they are unable to do so. We have been unsuccessful in getting them to do either.

Joe and crew replaced a roof for me on a duplex in China Spring. I was very impressed with the price as well as the quality of the work done. He originally was only supposed to drop off materials on Friday but after he saw that it was supposed to rain on Monday he decided to do it that day. This is without me asking, I was VERY IMPRESSED. I have never had such good service from a roofing company. He was quick to respond when I called.

He removed the roof on Friday and then installed the new one on Saturday. His crew worked until it was finished. The whole crew was very professional and each did a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs roofing or remodeling work done. A job well done.

Joe, knocked on my door and asked if he could park his trailer in my yard, to save him from driving it back and forth to Waco from Bruceville Eddy. In return, he offered to work with us on some roofing repairs we were hoping to get done. About 3/4 weeks went by and his truck has remained parked in our driveway. I had called a few times to try to make plans for the roof work. Last Thursday 4/26/18, they stopped by and set one of their signs up in our yard. I stopped him and said I'd like to speak with him about getting something started on our roof. He explained he was taking his crew to dinner at the cafe next door and he'd come speak with me right after that. I was working outside, and didn't want to miss him, so I remained outside waiting for him to come back. He never came back. He never called either. Friday afternoon, I called him. I said, I guess you forgot about me yesterday, could you come tomorrow and let's get a plan going? He said it was too late the other day and that he could come Sunday at 2. He never showed today. Finally about 5:30, I called him and said, this is twice now you've blown me off with not even a phone call. He said he had an emergency in Crawford and changed his story about why he didn't come Thursday. He seemed very nice in person, but very shady in his business dealings. Wouldn't recommend.
