The estimator arrived and immediately took a ladder to see the roof. He noticed a small depression at the corner of the office that he said would lead to problems. He walked around the roof, looking at places (I couldn't climb the laddder to accompany him). He made no specific claims of damage and I didn't claim any damage. He estimated the age of the roof at 12-15 years. Other estimators (other roofers) were more detailed in stating things were wrong with the roof. Amelia's estimator was the 2nd highest of 4 estimates. Estimator wanted to use IKO shingles, which Consumer Reports rated lower than the other companies shingles. Company had only 3 years experience doing roofs.
