Sunday morning don't usually start with a big roof leak through two levels and garage. While no one was open for repairs, AmCal took the call and arranged emergency visit same day. Clear a blocked drain which caused the entire roof to pond. Came back and resealed some pipe penetrations and seams on the next clear day.

Alex and his brother came to check on my roof during a storm two hours after I called. They carefully inspected the roof and attic to make sure the leak is not from the roof but from the windows and small cracks on the wall. He took pictures and videos to show us the roof condition and convinced us the roof is in very good condition and he doesn't need to work on anything.
