Michelle B.Beware!!! Stay away!!! I own a unit at Sunwood Condominums. The association hired them to do repair work after Hurricane Irma. While working they left the tar machine on all day. The smell was unbarable for the residents. The county came out and told them they had to turn it off. Also while working, they did not cover the exposed parts of roof. A rainstorm came and it was literally raining inside a couple of my neighbor's units! In my unit, every single light on the second floor popped out. One light does not turn on. There is also water damage from a leak on the ceiling above the water heater. I met with a manger from Amaya Roofing and he denied responsibility for all the damage.
