Outstanding roofing company.

I have a garage with a flat roof with wood damage due to outside edges pulling from protective metal edges. Mark Amaral, owner, did a thorough inspection and provided me a competitive price.

His son, Arron, led the crew and did a 5 star repair.

They did additional tile work on my house and provided maintenance to all seals around skylights and vents.

I am very satisfied with their work and they left the job site as clean as when they arrived.

You really should call them!!

The owner Mark talked a good talk but after the sale they vanished. We have serious doubts about the quality of the install or our rain gutters. They indicated we didn't need as may downspouts as we had before but one corner of the house is overloaded. The end caps aren't sealed so water leaks from them profusely. I tried contacting them 3 times to get help with no answer from anyone. Next stop is the licensing board and Angie's List where we found them. There are scammers and lazy contractors everywhere but, we are coming to the age where customer service is king. Beware of this company!

Update: First decent rain! Replacement gutters were a SCAM! Water comes off the roof right OVER the front of the new gutters onto the ground and splashes on the house. USELESS AND EXPENSIVE!
Everything about this contractor was a scam or just terrible quality work. Use ANYONE ELSE.

We were quoted a price of $18,000 to replace our roof. As the project continued, they kept adding things, which they said were necessary but which we feel should certainlyhahve been included in the original quote. . In the end the totral cost was $25,000. Before starting the project, they inspected the roof and based their quote on that inspection. For example, they inpsected the gutters and said nothing. Then suddenly they said the gutters were no good and they threw them away without our even looking at them and charged us an additonal fee for new ones. Also they said there was more wood needed on the roof and charged us another additonal fee for that. Those two things and others ran the price up almost half again as much as s the original quote. And until we have a rain we do not even know how good their work is.
