David L.Asked owner for license and he told me that in order to protect his integrity he will only provide a license after a contract being signed. This is the problem with many Miami based contractors, they lie to get the business. Not divulging pertinent information and requesting a contract to be signed is just a sign of terrible things to come. Stay away.
