This companies communication between business and client is simply outstanding! Value for service is also outstanding. I worked with 4 different solar companies before choosing A.M. Sun Solar. Interestingly, using my experience as an example, the weakest part of this company compared to the others was in the sales department. The sales staff call themselves ""energy consultants"" which I felt was a stretch since the other companies did a much better job with the initial consultation. Besides that fact, I have no regrets going with this local company because I strongly feel they will address any future concerns or issues. They clearly guided me through every step during the installation, even when there were some issues during the final inspection. I also appreciated the quick response by one of the owners to my questions and concerns and treated those concerns with upmost efficiency. Why go with A.M. Sun Solar? Because this company will be there when you need them and will follow through with any concerns via action and not just words. This company DOES have excellent customer service and I would recommend A.M. Sun Solar to anyone looking to go solar.

After 1 1/2 years and $60,000 their calculations, our electric bill has changed so very little. Takes them forever to return phone calls, follow up is not existing! So many other choices not this one!!

Happy camper I am. After our first year with our A.M. Sun Solar system we saved 91% compared to last year. We also added central AC just before installation. With savings like that there is no reason not to partner up with A.M. Sun Solar.

DO NOT give them your phone number. I was genuinely interested but had just had spinal surgery. I explained this to 3 different people the first day. I had ""won"" fair tickets but no wristbands,( I didn't need them and gave them away) Meanwhile, no matter what I said, they kept calling. I had set up an appt with one of the ladies a few weeks down the road.She said she would make sure the calls would stop. They havent. Today they texted me, then called to apologize for texting. I'm supposed to be resting, but the stress from this enhances my physical pain. If I never hear from them again, it will be too soon

The installation was sooo smooth. It's up and running. The monitoring is easy to use. I love watching the meter rum backwards! I was out-of-town during the installation, so Trevor sent me pictures and told me what they did that day. Stephanie didn't just sell me the system, she as always available for questions, Since I wasn't there, she turned the system on for me. She came by later and walked me through the monitor app. Great experience.

When I first started looking for solar I spoke to several companies and AM Sun Solar was by far the most professional and the most communicative solar company out there.

We had some concerns about the exact style and type of mounting we would want (ground mounted & away from the house view) & not only were they accommodating they drew out on a map and then staked out the location and moved it 5 feet per our request no questions asked!!!

Every time they came to work they would politely knock on the door and if we were not home they would leave a note with what they did that day and of course they kept everything very tidy and cleaned up after themselves every single day!

We had an issue that could happen to any company where we were having trouble getting them on a train to work and they stayed very communicative again in getting the problem resolved not only that we had an inverter unexpectedly go out after a month and they got all over it had a new one air shipped in and brought it up installed it that day and arrive to their warehouse not to mention again leaving a know about what they did and how sorry they were that this had happened.

Do not I repeat do not use anyone else :-)
