4 of my panels were not working and I was very pleasantly surprised to find they were still under warrantee after 5 years! The repair man came out and not only fixed one problem, but also found another potential problem and fixed that as well. Highly recommend this company!!!

After interviewing three solar installers, and having them do a usage study on our home, we selected AM Sun Solar here in Paso Robles,......Elizabeth our representative met with us and carefully went over all our options, she pointed out our usage and how her company could not only save us money, but ensure we would have coverage when we had power outages.
The installers were professional and very polite answering any question we had,....the support staff were quick to get back to us on any concerns once the system was activated, they even called me to recommend procedures that would save us additional money working with PG&E. ....a special shout out to Elizabeth, Paulina and Danielle....and Glenn,one of the owners, who even came to my house to help me set up the Tesla app.......well done

After using AM Sun Solar before, we knew the results and had to call them out to the compound. The Compound came with one rack. Due to the outages and questionable PG&E Bills, we added another rack and two Tesla Powerwalls. They were very professional and even did some trenching. One year later, the system is doing wonderful. The Value is great and this company is PURE VALUE! Highly recommend!

Liz helped me through the whole process all the way up through places to get me the loan and even after they were all done, I still had questions and they get back to you immediately. Great local company that exceeds expectations of customer service. Which lots of companies lack. I'd go with solar through am solar again in a heart beat!

After getting multiple quotes and dealing with some seriously shady solar contractors, we were relieved to get a quote from AM Sun for our new system. The communication was excellent, no surprises, everything was outlined or explained to us. When the date arrived for installation, the crew was here and had our panels installed and producing in one day! A few weeks after that PTO from PG&E. Go with AM Sun. You will not be disappointed!

Sales guy responded quickly but sent us to someone else who scheduled an appointment to come to our home and then called 10 minutes after the appointment to say she was too busy and overbooked. She rescheduled for today and didn't show, didn't answer her phone when we called, and has not reached out to us since then. We recognize every solar company is busy given the upcoming change to NEM 3.0, but most are requesting basic information and providing quotes before site visits and actually showing up when scheduled. This reflects poorly on what was recommended as a good company.

I had 6 panels installed. The reps were so nice. They answered all my questions, with no hype or pushy sales techniques. I get email notices that help me to see the days when there have been particularly high Solar collection. The panels are on the South facing roof so that is optimal. Even in foggy Los Osos I have yet to receive an bill from PG&E. My daughter used AM Sun too. They are top notch without a doubt! We couldn't be happier.

The company was negligent to let us know pigeons can roost up in the Spanish tile and cause a pest problem. Never even mentioned it during sale or install. Now we have a pest control bill in the high thousands that offset the whole reason why we went solar. All A.m solar did was try to pacify the situation and basically washed their hands of it. They claim they have all this experience but don't know about pigeons. Find another company to do solar with
