Our insurance company insisted that we change our roof even though it did not leak due to it being made of older wood. After getting several estimates, we settled on A&M Roofing. They were not the cheapest, but they seemed the most interested and earnest to do the job, and they gave us a very competitive bid. They worked with us on the price, and once the contract was signed and the permit pulled, Simon, José, and Jorge worked very hard to get our old roof off and install a beautiful new roof in a timely manner. They showed up on time to the job every day, kept the site orderly, and were diligent at finishing without any change orders. We are extremely pleased with the results, as we have a very difficult roof to install owing to its steep pitch and multiple curves. Several of our neighbors dropped by during the process and asked for bids from them as well since they were so impressed with their work. We heartily recommend A&M Roofing.

Needed a new roof on my guest house. Jose responded promptly and sent his guys out same day to do the estimate. Price seemed fair and he offered to give me a better roofing shingle for the same price because he had it in stock. On the day of the job, they showed up on time and did a great job on the roof. Totally satisfied with the communication, price and workmanship. Will definitely be using these guys next time I need any roofing work done.

They were fast and efficient. Well priced repair on my roof. I just needed an area of patching and not the whole roof and they were able to do the job within a week. So far so good.
