A&M Home Services did a great job fixing my roof. First, they were willing to drive to San Elizario to do the work. Most contractors in El Paso would rather not take the job because of the driving distance. Jeff and his team were quick to assess the issue and provide an immediate cost estimate. Second, the work on my roof was completed in less than 48 hours. This made me so happy as I have been waiting 3 years to find a reliable and professional roof contractor. Finally, the roof crew did a wonderful job cleaning my property once they completed the work. Not one piece of construction material or trash was left behind!! Our roof had been leaking since we bought our house three years ago. Several roofers/handymen tried finding the problem and after spending a few thousand dollars it leaked again. I contacted A&M Home Service for an estimate and John, their site supervisor, called right away and we made an appointment. After assessing the damage and recommending what he thought we needed to, we hired them. There had been a lot of rain during this time so they were really busy but John recognize my frustration and scheduled me pretty quick. The day theywere to start they were prompt and on time. It took three days to do the repair and they were always on time and worked all day. When they were finally done, there were a few finishes I did not like so I called Jeff, the owner. Both John and Jeff showed up the next day and Jeff promised he would make it right. When the work was finally completed I was very pleased. The work was well done, on time and was very reasonably priced. It rained a few days after the work was completed and there was no leak. I hope I am done with this but am very confident that if I were to leak again A&M would quickly respond. These guys are good at what they do and I highly recommend them. Thanks John and Jeff!
