Always reliable roofing did a great job speaking with Jeff and him explaining everything they were going to do and all my questions were answered he even explained how to keep the attic a little bit cooler with adding on a fan attic hard-working crew when I first asked for an estimate and he told me if I excepted it that it was going to be at least a couple of weeks before he can start the work well after getting several estimates even if they were lower I told my wife I wanted always reliable roofing to do the job that we should just wait and I'm glad we did thanks again

Got a quote for some roof tile repair and putting something up to stop birds from gathering. Gave them the approval to go ahead. Then they never showed up and didn't do the work. Followed up with them a few months later, asking for some clarification about what will be done and when, and they acted like we were asking them for the first time and said ""sorry, but we'll pass"". So they came to the house, discussed the job, gave a quote, we accepted it, then they never showed up, and when following up they said ""we will pass""?

My experience was a positive one with Jeff and his crew. Minor issue but Jeff took care of his son's mistake in my garage (not covered right and I had bunch of gravel fall through). It's been a few years and roof is solid no leaks or issues. Price was not the cheapest but it isn't the most expensive quote either and the work was quality and fast responses. Jeff was great replacing my parents roof so I reached out to the company to request a quote to replace the windows and repainting the exterior. One of his staff showed up to discuss the scope of works but he said that he will come back the next day to measure and give the brochure. I waited at home the whole day and he never showed or called. Very disappointed with the second go around.

I needed a roof repair. My fascia was warping and pulling the edge tiles away from the rest of the roof. Jeff was busy and couldn't come out right away to give me an estimate for a couple of weeks. He finally did and described potential causes and his proposed work to pull the roof back, remove and replace the worn wood, and put the old tiles back. He did say the entire roof was old and due for replacement but could still repair it for a very competitive price. Work commenced in another couple of weeks and when his 3 man crew arrived, they were knowledgeable and efficient and completed the work in one afternoon. I was impressed with their workmanship. They also cleaned up nicely. I didn't need to do anything else. Thank you, Jeff, Karyna, and your crew!

I used these guys to fix a leak in house near fireplace. With all the heavy rains this winter I had some water coming in around the roof and chimney junction. Based on yelp reviews I called and was given an estimate by Jeff . I thought it was reasonable and called back to schedule. Understandably they told me there would be some delay in repair due to all the other jobs. But they managed to call me back within a week and get me scheduled for the next week. Maybe since I had a small job or maybe they just tried really hard to get it done sooner rather than later. Anyway they showed up early on the work day and started the work, replaced a few of the facia boards also that had some rot and painted with some paint I had which saved me having to paint later. I watched them perform work and they did a good job. Doubled up paper and made the roof tile look better than before. No rain since repair. happy with the level of communication and efficient work done by always reliable roofing. Thanks Jeff and company

I had a lot of broken tiles on my roof that needed replacing. I got several quotes from different companies. A lot of roofing companies weren't interested in doing repair jobs. One company had an extremely high quote. I called Always Reliable based on their Yelp ratings. Jeff the owner came and gave me a very fair and reasonable quote. I also had some vents installed on the garage roof. From what I can see the crew did a really good job. I had a small issue with one of the vents and Jeff didn't charge for that vent. Jeff always returned my calls if he didn't answer right away.

This is a really nice family owned business. Jeff was very easy to work with. His office (his wife) was also very nice and easy to deal with.

I will definitely use this company again for repairs or for a new roof.

Jeff and his team installed new roof for my house on May 2018. Everything was done as he promised. Beautiful job and on schedule, price was very reasonable. I recommended my friends already.

This review is long overdue. We got multiple estimates before going with Jeff. His estimate was very competitive. Jeff explained the process very well and educated us about the different types of roofs. We never felt like he was trying to sell us. His company did a great job on our roof. We have had a lot of rain this year and we haven't had any issues. His company always cleaned up and we didn't have to worry about our kids stepping on nails and getting hurt. Great customer service!
