Back in 1969, Orzel Singleton saw a pressing need in Sarasota.
He developed a better method for serving customers by providing expert roofing insights, transparency, and integrity to the people of Sarasota.
The ""Golden Rule of Roofing"" serves as the cornerstone of Singleton Roofing.
Orzel passed this principle down to his son, Alvin.

As Alvin prepared to take the reins of the family business, he held his father's lessons close.
Now, over 35 years later, the fairness and respect our roofing contractors show to customers is instinctive.
We have become a positive force in the Sarasota community, supporting numerous local organizations.

Our network of professional relationships is broad.
We take part in roofing associations including SMRSA, FRSA, and NRCA.
Alvin is now the President of the FSRA, and Amy is the President of the SMRSA.
