quality work, responsive, and efficient. I've gotten multiple bids for the roof work at my rental property in roseville, Alvaro offered the best price and shortest wait time. Don't expect any well written or detailed paperwork from him (contracts and proposals) like the bigger roofers do, he's more like the getting the work done without too much paperwork type of guy. I had to paid for the material purchase prior to the repair, and then he was able the get the roof repaired over the weekend. I had a brand new HVAC combo unit installed on the roof and the HVAC guy told me the work was done very well. Definitely will use him in the future.

On a side note, his worker did made a hole on the ceiling of my laundry room. I asked him to patch it, polish, and texturize so make it look the same as the rest of the ceiling. He was completely cool about it.

Give this guy a try. He may not have a reviews on yelp yet, but there are many quality contractors out there who may not be active on yelp.
