We hired Alvarez Home Repairs to replace our roof in 2019, shortly after moving in. They did a great job from beginning to end, and we were very happy with the work. I thought I wrote a review, but doesn't look like it.

We noticed a water stain on the ceiling in one of our rooms, and called asking for a quick check up.

Jay (Jesnie) came today, and looked around, found a tiny leak and fixed it. While he was up on the roof, he did an overall check as well.

Once again, from beginning to end, my experience with Alvarez Home Repairs was outstanding.

Alvarez Roofing Services was very easy to work with. They came out and gave us a free estimate on what it would cost to replace our roof and gutters. There were no hidden charges, and we paid what was estimated. Their communication is clear and their work was done in a timely manner. There is something to be said about independently owned businesses. The good ones take greater care and respect for a job well done. Alvarez does just that. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof on their home.

There's something about family owned and operated businesses. Alvarez is no different. They show up when they say they are, they call if they are going to be delayed or are running late, they give in-depth repair estimates and pay attention to detail. Are you going to pay a little more? Slightly but it's worth it because unlike every other Woofter in Tampa, they don't subcontract work out. I had a hole repaired where an old furnace exhaust once was and it was a great experience beginning to end. Highly recommend this business
