Alvarez roofing repealed my entire roof and they suggested an upgraded Dow Corning shingle which is nice with various color patterns;
It replaced a standard geyish brown rod that was boring. they have some really nice shingles that can be an attractive addition to the house.
They also were always easy to get a hold of..Recently with a hail storm in the area lots of scammers are calling to repclace the roof and bill the insurance co. It's not the first company to try that. I feel like its fraudulent tryong to get a new rough that way. Anyway they came out to inspect after the hail storm and the representative came to the appointment even early.. They are always responsive whenever I have called. I highly recommend them.. not like the usual high pressure salespeople, but down to earth people and I believe honest as well. Great product and no problem with occurred with install.

Had my roof installed back in 2015 assumed everything was okay now I'm in the process of selling my home and during the inspection a leak was found in my roof. I had no clue I would have never known trying to contact this company to have it looked as this was a brand new roof I had installed and paid cash. The prior roof was 15 years old and had no leaks at all. I thought I did the right thing. 4/6/2021 I got in touch with someone they came to look at my roof I was told the installation was not correct they're giving me a quote to repair it stay tuned for updates. Increase by one star. 4/13/2021 I was given a quote to repair the issue. The office person in charge of repairs, claims they later denied that the leak was due to bad install. Anyway, they are saying they don't have the shingles to match my roof. I asked them to match it as best they can to repair the roof, no word back yet. She is supposed to speak with the owner. Attaching photos. I would have never known there was a roof leak had I not got the inspection. Very disappointed and decreasing a star. Apparently the brown spots on the soffit indicates all the places where there is a leak. The last photo is from inside the attic where there are rotted boards.

I had a few quotes completed for a roof repair from several different companies. Their quote was comparable to the other companies. I chose Alvarez because it is a family operated business and they do not contract out their labor. The owner made me feel comfortable and listened to what I needed to have done. They are professional and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Everything was done correctly including the cleanup.

I do not recommend these people. They replaced my roof 6 months ago, and now the roof is leaking. After several calls, they have not honored the warranty or fixed the leak.

Fantastic job completely providing us a new roof in our 2800 square foot house in Land O Lakes. One day job with eleven workers. A miscalculation caused them to come up short on the number of shingles, but a two man crew came back the next day and completed the roof. This company did an amazing job. Very professional and even the cleanup was A+. Mike the site manager was great and really made this experience even better. I highly recommend Alvarez. They were also the lowest of the estimates we got for doing the roof.

Called them out for a re roof of our home. The pricing was in line with the other companies, but I just got a good vibe from their field manager. I loved the fact that they didn't have a sales person trying to push their company. They were honest, clean, and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends.
