we contracted with them paid the 20% down they said around 6-8 weeks. Over a month ago they said that they were ready to install however no one returns call to schedule the installation. We keep calling and is answering service. We have texted and called the number of a Jose but not luck project was over $6000 dollars worse company. I think this is just fraud they request payment through Zillow under the company name do not use them.

THE WORST communication ever! Jose, the owner, does NOT know how to communicate effectively or take care of issues! We installed a pergola in March, 2 days after installation, it started leaking. 2 days! He said this was NORMAL, normal for a 8K job, ok..... It was a mission to get him to answer me and finally without letting us know, he shows up, and ""fixes the leak."" 3 months letter more leaks including same leak. This time, no response when calling and texting. By the way, contract says a year warranty for any leak.
Terrible service and poor job with installation!!! I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. Also, I will ensure others know, in hopes, I can protect someone else from going through this nightmare.

I did my patio roof with them in March of 2020, they were quick to give an estimate and did the roof. They failed to clean up the mess they left from the interior insulation of the panels and the roof seam leaked significantly from several sections of the seam that connects to tiny home. They told me via IG, that they have a one year warranty and would send someone to fix the leaks. My IG messages and voice messages have gone unanswered and my roof still has leaks.

DO NOT USE THEM, they're Not a quality company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional company. I called made my appointment got it for 2 week later. Which whatever I was ok with that. I wish it was sooner. Then Jose came took the measurements and agreed to provide me with the quote the following day. It has been a MONTH (4 weeks) and no quote. I called them every week letting them know I haven't received it as well as I texted Jose cell number and not even an acknowledgment. No reply, no quote, no answer. Complete waste of my time and energy. Don't even bother with this company. They are a joke. Making the company look so professional with some answering service that takes your name and number. All a front. STAY AWAY!!!

Completely unprofessional. Missed the first appointment unapologetically. Followed up by visiting 3 weeks later. Agreed to provide quote same day. No response. I called and text messaged 4 times over a 10 day period, no response. Lack of professional courtesy. Stay Away.

Horrible Service. At first i thought i was dealing with a respectful and professional company. I received a text with a confirmation appointment and was waiting for my appointment date. Jose the owner never showed up. I called his office 3 times and never received a call back. In addition i sent him personally an email and he never responded. He had gone to 2 of my friends homes and gave quotes but they were a bigger job than mine. Seems he only wants to do business with people that will leave him a lot more. Very disappointing company

I highly recommend Excellence Aluminum Roofs! From the moment I called I received A+ service. Beginning With Jose's curtesy and professional approach in answering all my question to Jorge's respectful and diligent attitude during the installation process; EXCELLENT experience all around. All this in addition to the beautiful pérgola that added the finishing touch to our barbecue area.
