Ralph C.Our home was reroofed with architectural shingles by Alton Roofing. Overall they were responsive and timely in completing the project. At the end we had a leak in our skylight which was corrected. However, they did miss a vent opening to one of our bathrooms. They never came back to fix it. It was a 30 min fix and $50 in material that they were trying to charge us $750. Not sure I would recommend Alton roofing.
Janet P.Alton Roofing Services, LLC is an amazing company to do business with. They were the only company that returned my call concerning doing a roof on a rental in St. Augustine for me. They handled dealing with my homeowner's insurance company to cover my damaged roof and were successful. They installed the roof yesterday and they did an awesome job!! They went over and above what they were required to do by doing the porch roof too. I can not express how professional and compassionate Dennis Alton and Josh have been and I will be using them again at my house. I gave them a 5 rating but they deserve a 10+ from me. Local, family owned, and awesome!!!
