My roof is currently being replaced which is a huge project from my HOA. While the construction is still ongoing I was informed by the contractor that all waterproofing has been completed and I shouldn't have issues with water leaks. Unfortunately my HVAC roof exhaust pipe from the roof has started leaking water due to heavy rain. Martin and Edger from Alta Roofing & Waterproofing came to my condo today and addressed the issues with the water leak. They are very professional and worked efficiently in identifying the problem that could've been resolved a long time ago. Thank you Martin and Edger!

What a great couple of guys! Martin and Edgar, they were willing to get on the roof in the middle of a down pour! even without proper rain jackets. They took care of the link with great attitudes, friendly and professional care. I would recommend them..... Give them a chance!

They have damaged my balcony, Patio, stucco, cracked my driveway with heavy machinery, left the tiles on the roof which is unfinished that has caused interior water damage, dented my garage door, left trash everywhere, zero respect to property, complete negligence. I'm in a condo complex with townhome styled homes. HOA and the management company obviously didn't do there due diligence or they would never have hired Alta. Several homes in the community have similar damage to property. DO NOT USE ALTA.

The way the boss (white male 60') treated his workers is my complaint. The all Mexican/Latino workers working on our roof in which accident happen- the roofers were taking down the pieces of roof and it fell down on this workers truck. It fell and hit the truck. The response of the boss was sad to see. I personally witness it and how this man responded said everything about who he is and how he runs his business. The roofers are doing a great job. On time and good work. I don't believe this is a reflection of how this man responded to a small accident. I would never hire them directly. My HOA made the bid and hired them.

I love the customer service that Alta provides, they have a awesome bunch of folks that keep in constant contact. Even though we didn't decided to go with them because our HOA didn't have it in the budget , in the future we would enjoy using them.

We found a huge leak in our house and realized we needed a new roof badly. We searched Yelp and Angie's list for contractors to do the job.
We wanted this to be the last time we needed to replace our roof so quality had to be important.
After three bids we decided to go with Alta.
Greg showed up and did a thorough inspection. The other two companies just walked through and wrote up a bid.
We felt that before the bids came in we were going to go with Alta. And when they did come through we knew it. Their price was great, but their guaranties were incredible. And as it turned out so was their work.
The roof was done quickly and it looks beautiful. I know I will never need to get a new roof again, and my young kids may not need to either.
What a job. Thank you Alta, and thank you for putting up with our schedule.

Excellent communication throughout the entire process put us at ease. After a few bids, and some conflicting info, we felt great about the team at Alta Roofing. It was a clean, done right the first time kind of attitude throughout. Effortless paperwork process due to their clear communication. We didn't hire Alta roofing, but our condo complex did. In spite of that, I think the 3 long and unnecessary months it took for them to finish our condo unit's roof provides ample experience to speak from. But, where to start, aside from 'this job was a 3-week job at most'?!
Almost every morning Mon-Sat we were woken up anywhere between 7am and 8:30am; no set time to start, no warning. We'd just wake up to stomping, loud yelling, and pounding. For three months!
The roofers stole our hummingbird feeders, used our front stoop as their trash collection area, removed the skylights in our bathrooms WITHOUT WARNING (HELLO. What if I were showering or something when they did that?!), damaged the drywall in doing so, and damaged our kitchen light fixture. When contacting the project manager, he gave us absolutely no indication that these things would be fixed. There is a small roof just outside my bedroom window, and they would begin work on that without warning either. Mind you, the roof is the perfect place to peep right into our bedroom windows, so warning should have been given a day or two in advance.
I haven't mentioned how dirty our place stayed during the entire construction process. Impossible to keep the house clean, and I would have been fine with that if the job was finished in any reasonable amount of time. But three months is a long time to wage war with your dirty floors. We'd have to clean them 3 times a week, and it's just my husband and I living at home. It was impossible.
And I can't tell you how many evenings I would walk out and look at the roof, only to see that nothing had changed. It looked EXACTLY the same as it did that morning, roofing tile piles and all.

We've received no apologies, no communication, no remedies to stuff they've broken or stolen, and nothing but frustration for the last 3 months.
Worst 3 months in our condo ever......
