They completed my new roof in three days and it was a very easy process for me. I highly recommend Al's roofing.

Hats off to Alfredo, Oscar, Edgar, and the entire team at Al's Roofing. These guys are true professionals. Alfredo came out to the house to inspect and provide me with a reasonable estimate to tear off a composition shingle roof over the original wood shingle roof and replace it with Landmark TL asphalt roof system by CertainTeed. Edgar and his team were always on time, eager to work, and skilled in their trade. It's not easy working on a roof when it is 80 degrees on the ground. These guys were great! Their quality of work is top-notch and the end product looks great. Many thanks to Edgar, Alfredo, Oscar, and their team.

Sadly I must downgrade the rating. I have 2 minor issues that need addressing. 10 days and 2 phone calls and still no response from Al or Oscar.
My fear is if something major were to happened, the response would be as empty.

I can only echo the rest of the positive reviews. Alfredo, Oscar, and the team were great. The things they had control over during this time of COVID-19 -- roof demo and replacement -- they completed on time. The things they didn't have control over -- gutters and skylight replacement -- they hopped on and finished as soon as the materials were available.

They found and fixed some termite damage and blended the new surfaces nicely with the old so that you would never know boards and some fascia were replaced. This was billed at a reasonable additional hourly rate.

The job site was cleaned at the end of every work day.

The quality of the work seems to be excellent, and I look forward to having that confirmed when we get some rain.

For a loud, dirty, and disruptive project, they made everything as painless and quick as possible, and they did it at a reasonable cost.

He was so rude on the phone then said they are too busy and hung up the phone on me. We never discussed my roof nor was I able to ask a question about my roof. I tried to call back the phone was answered then hung up.

You will never regret contacting these guys! Al/Alfredo is fabulous, and his workmanship and reputation stand on their own. His responsiveness to roofing/gutter problems at our home has been outstanding. We will always call Al first when in need of any further repairs or maintenance. Can't say enough good about these guys!!

I cannot say enough good things about Al's Roofing. They are not only great roofers but also soooo flexible with our own changes, rechanges, and rescheduling.

We bought a new house in Montecito and it hadn't had a new roof in years and years. Al came to the house several times to look both during our inspection period (for which he didn't charge us unlike other trades who charged us just to show up) and then again after we purchased the home to give us a accurate quote for the work. He was so fabulous to work with and was a pleasure to have as part of our remodeling team.

His professional fees were extremely fair as well. Billing is completely transparent so there is no question about the costs: labor or materials.

His team were also very professional, very nice, and did a great job.

I wish he did other remodeling work as we would hire them again.

My neighbor and I share a roof and chose Al's Roofing after we received bids from a few different roofing companies in town. The bid price for the roofs were all similar but they had the lowest bid for replacing our gutters so we chose them. We had also been recommended by a friend to use them.
We had a great experience with them. We mostly were in communication with Oscar and he was an excellent representative of the company. He was very friendly and understanding of our needs. He explained everything in detail very well. They were very responsive with their communication, were able to start on the project pretty quickly, and were able to finish the project in a short amount of time.
Everything came out great and we would recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace a roof or gutters.
