Never used this company and wouldn't after seeing how they drive...they need to learn what a 4 way stop sign is..
And then the nerve to flip me off..

I never any got started with this company. It appears they don't need customers. I went to their business on two different times to set a date for an estimate on a new roof. They only called back once and said they would call back on Tuesday. I am not impressed with their customer service if they can't even return phone calls for an estimate. Lost my business on a new roof for a Victorian house.

So I did pay the $125 and someone did come and inspect my roof.
However, the secretary whom I talked with before the inspection said I would receive an estimate on repairs, or in my case, re-roofing, which I have not received yet.
I left a message on their answering machine with my details, but nobody got back to me.

Reading the review from 1/17/2017. How typical that someone would expect immediate response after a severe rain and wind storm. Most of these companies are receiving over 200 calls a day...they are calling people back as soon as possible. If it is urgent, call back. I'm sure they will get to you as soon as they can. They did in my case last year....of course, I had realistic expectations and I received realistic and professional results!

This rating is based strictly on customer service. According to their website, ""Get your FREE estimate when you call today - we'll discuss your roof's needs and the options available."" I needed an estimate for a roof in Marysville. I talked to a secretary on Thursday, 2/11/16 and she said she would get back to me on Monday 2/15/16 about when they could have someone out there. Well nobody called me that day, so I called them the next day to see what was happening and she said that someone was coming out 'today' (Tuesday). Okay, good to know. The roofer called me when he was at the property and he asked me 'what I wanted done there'. I told him about how I needed him to take a look at the roof to see if any repairs needed to be done and that I thought it would be a free estimate like on their website. He said that would be an inspection and would cost $125. I reiterated the point about their policy on estimates and he said, okay he would look at it. Never heard back after that and I called several times and left a message...felt like they were screening my calls!!
