tl;dr: would definitely call these guys again with any roofing issues.

I had a very small job involving a roof vent that several roofers in the area didn't seem to want to bother with -- mainly they just hemmed and hawed and dithered in providing information about cost and time frame, giving the clear impression that the job wasn't worth their time. (Hey, probably it wasn't, but still not a good look to future customers.) But Darryl with Alpha Roofing called me back within 10 minutes and took my ""insignificant"" job seriously. He took the time to explain to me over the phone what he thought the issue was and explained exactly what he thought fixing it would entail, with a lot more explanation than any of 4-5 other highly rated roofing companies on Yelp had bothered to give. He scheduled a visit just two days later. We both thought he'd need to do a quick inspection and schedule a follow-up visit to get a small crew to do the work. But when he saw the issue, he went to the truck to get his roofing boots and just climbed up on the roof himself to fix my vent in less than 5 minutes. Moreover, he also did a quick look at all my other vents to see if they had issues, and reported they all looked good. And he charged me a song, refusing the full amount we'd agreed, on the grounds that the job hadn't been even as involved as he'd thought it would be.

So a massive thanks to Darryl and to Alpha Roofing. It was a tiny job, but these guys certainly earned my business on the next big job I might have, over all those other ""five-star"" Austin roofers on Yelp that wouldn't take me seriously.

I was worried my roof was eroding as it's a very old house and needed a lot of fixing. So I went online and saw Alpha Roofing Industries and called, they instantly came out the same day to take a look and scheduled the job for the next day. They were so kind and listened to every question and concern I had. I'd recommend Alpha Roofing Industries to anyone for their badass customer service as well as work done. Nice jobs boys.

Called to request an inspection to see if the roof can be repaired or if it needs replaced. Said they don't do repairs, only replacements. Keep that in mind when they say your roof needs replaced...

Could NOT be more impressed with this company. After the hailstorm that busted 2 of our skylights, we learned from insurance we needed a full roof replacement due to the damage. Not only did they complete the job in less than 2 days, they were still cleaning up after dark. Even our neighbors were saying, I couldn't believe how hard they worked! 12 out of 10 would recommend!

Today our roof replacement job has started. I decided to go with Alpha Roofing out of Round Rock.

A couple of years ago I called them after a storm chaser came to my house and told me my roof needed to be replaced. They came out and were honest and showed up on time. Ultimately they said my roof didn't need to be replaced and they fixed a piece of bad flashing while they inspected at no cost. This spoke volumes to me and made me remember who they were and saved their card.

They told me they'd be at my house this morning at 7am so I went and moved the cars around 6:45 and the crew was waiting for in their trucks to get started. If anyone needs a roof I'd strongly recommend this company. They are local, honest, reliable and show up early to start a job. The communication leading up to this point was also amazing.

My sales guy was Darryl and he was very professional and took the time to explain everything and answer questions and wasn't a high pressure close.

They were great!

They showed up on time, climbed on my roof, took a ton of pictures and send me with the quote(I barely had to do a thing).

For fixing the roof was the same thing, super easy and around 80 pictures showing all the work.

I could not describe a more hassle free experience.
