I 100% would recommend this company. I reached out for a roofing inspection due to their many 5 star ratings. I live out of state and my Mom lives in Texas. Alpha roofing is 50 miles from my Mom so they had to decline service, however, the owner of this company called and offered so much valuable info that I can use as I move forward. He knew what he was talking about and genuinely wanted to help. I understand why he has so many great reviews and sure wish we were in his service area.

If you zoom in you can see the owners fist flipping me off. I don't know about you but I would never support a company who partakes in aggressive road rage. The truck looked like in a rush and weaving in and out of people and almost hit my car driving. Life gets busy but don't cause harm to others. There was a blonde female passenger who was yelling at me when I honked. I never post yelp reviews but if I was going to spend my hard earned money on a service I would want to know the character of the owners who are receiving my hard earned money.

Our friend builds large apartment buildings and recommend Alpha for our residental roof. It was a great experience! They did it in one day, thoroughly cleaned up and were very fairly priced. It's rained a lot lately and all is well. I highly recommend them.

Our roof is about 15 years old and we haven't had it inspected in many years. So I called alpha roofing to get it checked out for its current status ahead of any storms coming in 2024 or future. Darryl came over, and briskly proceeded to walk thru the roof, took pictures, and even helped dislodge a frisbee that had gotten up there from my neighbor. He assessed the roof to be ok for now. Roof inspection was free of charge and I was informed about general replacement costs and insurance options in case of hail damage . He promptly sent me pictures of the roof current status via a website link.

This process shows me they are a quality, transparent, company with great customer service. Darryl and Alpha roofing will be my first preference the next time there is actioning needed on our roof.

I needed a 3rd opinion after a door-to-door corporation told me my roof was destroyed from the recent hail storm, and my insurance adjuster said he couldn't find any damage at all. I'm no roofing expert, so I called Alpha.

Michael arrived on time and was very friendly and understanding of the situation. I joined him on the roof this time and he was very thorough at explaining. Basically, there is some evidence of the hail, but no significant damage.

He was open to the option of me continuing with my insurance claim if I really wanted a new roof (as some people do), but he was honest about letting me know that the current roof will be fine for another several years. Michael's honesty saved me $3800 from the deductible! And there was no charge for the inspection.

Even though I don't need their work now, Alpha is definitely on my contact list for when the new roof is needed. Very glad we have good local companies here.

A lot of roofing companies don't want to deal with repairs on a roof. They ALL want to replace the WHOLE roof. Most people can't afford to or want their insurance premium going up. We only had a few missing or damaged shingles. Darryl came out asap and gave us a fair estimate. Then he came back the following and did a great job with the repairs. Would highly recommend this company. Very nice and professional.

5/16/23 another five stars excellent for Paul and his team who repaired and replaced squirrel chewing damage to part of my ridge vent. They are as before..superb, professional, personable, on time, fast, cleaned up perfectly, good price. Showed me the damaged ridge vent after removing and in yard. As before sent photos of before and after and all the work. I highly recommend Paul Gonzales and his team as a part of Alpha Roofing. Thank you again!!

These guys are the absolute BEST!

The ultimate gauge of whether a company honor its words is if they stand behind their warranty promise (ie. after they have received their payment). Well, this happened to me a year after our roof was replaced. They came out in 48 hours, and got everything squared away. I was really expecting a bit of a back and forth, but none of that, THANK YOU!

While I hope I don't need to call you again anytime soon (who wants hail, right?), but if it happens, you will be on my speed dial. You guys are amazing -- from communication, to fast response, and crew workmanship!
