Price was very competitive, and it appears that our roof repair was excellent. Communication could have been better all along. The subcontractor that removed and replaced the solar panels did not inspire confidence - unlabeled truck, no company sweatshirts. The replacement of the solar panels was not done correctly initially, and the subcontractor had to come out again to fix the panels. Required several visits by the City inspector.

Extremely challenging roof structure with a 10/12 pitch of steepness and over 5,000 square feet area. The level of elevation and the safety of the team they were strapped and harness. Excellent team! Job well done. Team went above and beyond expectations! Would highly recommend to homeowners and business associates in any possible event.

With the state of home insurance companies not insuring California because of prop 103 and Wild fires in SoCal recently, Our insurance company did a drone shot of our property to make sure we were in compliance.

My sis called other roofing businesses no one was available. Alpha was and they were able to work with us. Roman was the project manager we worked with and he was very professional and communicated with us with a group chat we created between my family and him to keep things update. The Contractors were very efficient and professional. 1-2 days to strip the shingles off the roof and 1 day to lay down the materials. They take care of the city permit to get that signed off which was included in the price. 3 days tops. My DAD was messing with them after they completed but they had to go to another site in SF after finishing ours. Talk about HARD WORKING and earning their PAY! My family is very happy with the work and appreciative to get this done.

Things to think about I'd like to share.

1. Make sure you have the funding in order and to pay immediately to get your roofing started as soon as you can. We were on a deadline with our insurance for May and we did not want to delay. Otherwise we could have lost it and reapply for home insurance which is a bigger hassel. Yeah ADULTING sucks PPL!
2. Pay attention to the weather. I think we started this project in April and there was still rain. We scheduled this so there would be clear skies per Roman's suggestion.
3. As mentioned create a group chat with Alpha Roofing so everyone is updated with status and communication is instant.

I can't thank Andy enough.

I have a new build home that has had roof leaks in the garage (with a balcony over it). I've gone through three other roofing companies that have either not been able to fix the issue or have ghosted me. Here is what I found extremely helpful:

- Andy has great communication. He's always replied within the hour, no matter what day of the week. Has given me real time updates with regard to his visits and assured me he would work with me until we find the issue.

- Stopped by in mid December and I have had no leaks since then. A problem that has not been fixed by other people in almost 3 winters. Has also stopped by twice, at his suggestion, to check on the issue areas. I wouldn't expect this from him but on my first reach out, he stopped by the same day I called.

- Reasonable and competitive pricing as compared to several other quotes I've had.

Alpha Roofing came to our home on Black Mountain Road in Hillsborough and did a fantastic job on sealing all my vents, power washing and removing all debris, repairing parts of my roof and installing gutter guards. They did an excellent job and Andy is very professional and does the job efficiently and the job was done very very well. Very hard to find that now days as people don't check others work but being a tradesman myself i always check to see what i'm paying for. Job well done and i highly recommend Alpha roofing company for all your roofing needs.
