The day of the appointment the owner Andy called to confirm his arrival time which was very considerate. My problem was a roof leak and he addressed it right away. They were so prompt regarding our leaking roof. This roof was in horrible shape. Gabe gave me all the updates of the work that was being done. He was very thorough explaining what was wrong with our roof and what needed to be done. This was an emergency call since my 98 year old mother lives in that home. The roof is very old. Had a slight leak in our place and Alpha came to check it out and give us a free estimate. I am terrible with names and can't remember who it was who came, but he was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the process. He let me know that the roof was in good shape, but could use some mastic sealant around the various vents to stop the leak from getting in. Their minimum fee for a project was $1,200, but he let me know that for well under $100 I could get the supplies needed to go up on the roof and patch the areas myself. He was not only extremely honest with his advice, but really went above and beyond to show me the exact sealant on the home depot app I needed, gave me some pointers on the best way to apply it, told me to not skimp on gloves because getting tar off your hands would be a pain in the a$$, etc. Seemed very genuine and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Will definitely reach out to them first if I end up needing more major work in the future.

We are on the middle of having our Pineapple Express storm and Andy came out in the pouring rain to fix my leak. He didn't over promise, he made sure I understood there was no guarantee that he'd find the leak but he absolutely over delivered. My leak stopped, and he promised to come back to make sure it was repaired correctly once everything was dry. I look forward to having him back and will work with him - he's kind, honest and wants to fix the issue, not give you bills.
