During this last rainy season there was a leak in my grandson's bedroom. I went on Yelp and called four different roofing companies and set appts with them. I had two appointments set for the next day, the first roofer scheduled the appt and said he would call me the next morning to get more information before arriving. He didn't call and was a no show. The next appt was with Alpha Roofing, Gabe one of the partners did the inspection. He inspected the attic to see where the water was coming in from before inspecting the roof. He told me the water was coming in from a vent. He check the roof and told me I needed a new roof and explained the process. I was told they could fix the leak but it wasn't guaranteed, if I decided to go with them the price I paid for the repair would come off the price for the new roof. Gabe was very professional and knowledgeable I felt very comfortable with him and his explanation. Andy his partner made the appointment the night before and even recommended I should get 2-4 quotes before I decided on a company.
That was before knowing I needed a new roof. The second roofer came the next day was as knowledgeable as Gabe was the day before, I felt as comfortable with him as I did with Gabe's explanation. I went with Alpha Roofing because their price came in much lower than the other company. Andy came over and explained the contract, the leak was fixed and no more leaking while we waited for the rain to stop before work could begin. I was in communication with Andy/Gabe thru the whole process, the workers did a great job and made sure the property was cleaned up before they left. There was a problem when their ladder was attached to a partial beam the movement up and down the ladder caused the stucco around the beam to crack and plaster damage around the skylight. I noticed the damage after the work was done. I reported it to Andy and Gabe, they had a company they work with to come out and repair it a week later. The guys not only repaired the stucco and plaster they cleaned the skylight too. Hiring Alpha Roofing was a pleasant experience, the guys are professional and kept me informed of the work progress, responsive to any issues and did a great job. I now have a beautiful new roof.

He was very thorough explaining what was wrong with our roof and what needed to be done. This was an emergency call since my 98 year old mother lives in that home. The roof is very old.
