I'm writing this review because I know how much I rely on them myself. I was shopping around someone to replace my shingles. I got 4 quotes and Mario @ Alpha was the most honest out of them all. The work I was doing was claim related and some other companies tried to tell me I had to replace the wood also (even without looking at it) and I knew that is not what I needed. Alpha's quote came in exactly what I got for my claim and the others were ridiculously higher and I didn't get good vibes from them. I instantly knew Alpha roofing was the right fit. The unfortunate part is I had to wait 3 months. The damage was not severe so I was okay with it. Other than the wait, everything was great. The team is very professional, respectful and excellent on communication. They were on the roof for 3 days and left nothing behind!
For reference, a picture is included. I went with Sandal Wood. I was hesitant at first because I choosing a color based off a picture but I went with it and couldn't be more pleased with the final results!

I can't review as I am unable to reach them by phone. I've tried several times over the last couple of days, it goes to a voice mail that says to leave a message but the mailbox is full. Left message on website and haven't heard anything. They have good reviews and it appears that somebody monitors the yelp reviews and responds I'm hoping I will get a response I may be a better number? UPDATE, I GOT THRU AND HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.

I'll start by saying Alpha Roofing is the most professional and honest company I have dealt with. I called several companies to get an estimate and all other company's took at least 1 week to return my call. Mario's wife Joanna runs the office and she returned my call within an hour and scheduled Mario to come out the following day to provide and estimate. Upon starting the job, Mario and Joanna communicated every step of the way letting me know what would transpire each day until the job was completed. I wasn't sure what color to go with for my new roof and Joanna worked with me to help decide what color of roofing I would truly be happy with. When Mario and his crew started the job, his crew was also very professional, their cleanliness was beyond what I expected and their craftsmanship was perfect. The city inspector came three times to sign off on each of phase of the installation, he even commented on what a great job Alpha Roofing does. I'm so happy with my roof and I highly recommend Alpha Roofing!!!!

Kevin from Alpha Roofing can out the day of the storm and tarped my roof. He gave me a quick estimate and even contacted my insurance company after the insurance company made errors on there estimate. His crew was here on time each day and were professional and friendly. You couldn't even tell they were here each day after they left. My yard was cleaned up each day and I didn't find any nails at all. Kevin had great communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. We are very satisfied. Roof looks amazing

In the February windstorms (2020), a small twister came through my yard and ripped off a small section of my roof. I had already been experiencing roof leaks and so was resigning myself to the fact I must get a new roof. Insurance would not cover more than the repair, so I knew I would need a good and fair price.
Fortunately, I found Alpha Roofing with Mario and Johana after reading a lot of reviews. There were a lot of good reviews for Alpha and no negative ones, so I went ahead and contacted them. I was pleased that they offered me a price that was well beneath the first bid I had, so I knew I was going to go with them. They were friendly and professional through the whole experience. They got me on the schedule. When they came, it took only three days for a beautiful job. I chose the color sandalwood, which is a warm, light cinnamon color that sparkles. Also the shingles are solar-deflectant, designed to keep the house cooler. They also kept everything neat and clean. All of the workers were friendly and were okay when I took their photos.

We had some water damage from all of the recent rain. I called Alpha after being stood up by another local company. I'm actually glad it worked out the way it did. The quote to repair our roof was reasonable and the work performed was excellent. The crew that came to our house were polite and friendly. They also did a great job cleaning up after finishing the repair. I couldn't be happier.

Our dining room ceiling started leaking with the heavy rain we had in November. Another company that we called first came and sold us a $400.00 tarp, told us that it could not be repaired and that the whole roof needed replacing. That company never came back to even give us a quote. Luckily, I called Alpha for a second opinion. Mario inspected the underlayment and reported that we only needed to repair the affected area, not the whole roof! He started the job right away, and also replaced any broken tiles outside of the repair area. His crew worked hard all day and got it finished in one day. We are really happy with Alpha Roofing and will call them in the future if necessary.
