Started off great!
Called in got a very friendly lady who set us up with an appointment. (unfortunately I forgot her name)
She said that she would be sending out Mario for our roofing proposal.

Mario did show up on time and he was informative and respectful of our property.
He talked with my husband and explained everything.
He drafted up the proposal on-site.
We were quoted around 25,000 for new roof and garage included.
Then Mario said it would cost 2,500 for his guy to take down our top mounted A/C unit and put it back after the roofing projects done.
Bringing are total to 27,500. ( Now from all the other companies that came out he is the only one stating they have to completely remove the A/C unit. All other companies said they just jack it up in the air and Install the roof and a few said they can work around it.
So not sure if he was just trying to get more bang for his buck or if this is how this company operates.



Me and my husband told Mario we needed to look over the proposal and we would get back to him.
I called Mario later that night and asked him if he would be able to just do the garage for now.
As we don't have that kind of money and I didn't want to go with a credit card as they charge more for using it. (I believe 3% more)

He told me no problem that he would draw us up a new proposal for just the garage.
He told me he'd have it by the next day.
So I reached out via voice-mail and text a few days later. To give him some time but
again no reply so I guess he didn't want to bother with a small job because he thought it was going to be the main roof and garage.

He should have just told me straight out and not lie about getting back.
I would have totally understood.
I would have given them more stars if he would have just kept his word.
I hate people who don't follow through and don't keep their word.

Great company! I was in the market to purchase a home. I found a home and the roof needed some ""maintenance"" due to its age. My realtor and I found Alpha Roofing and they immediately came out and gave me an honest estimate.

Within a matter of weeks, the repair work was scheduled. They kept open communication with me and showed up on time the day of repairs. The repairs were completed and they did an excellent job! A top tier roofing company. Mario and his crew completely reroofed our home this past week (August 2021), and did an outstanding job. Everyone on the job was very professional and courteous throughout the project. Attention to detail was evident, necessary steps were taken to prevent damage to our property, and daily cleanup went beyond our expectation. We were consulted along the way whenever a question arose, and the entire crew was responsive to any requests we made. We're very pleased with the outcome; the city inspector offered us positive comments on what he observed during his inspection, and the cost was very competitive with the other estimates we received from other contractors. I'm writing this review because I know how much I rely on them myself. I was shopping around someone to replace my shingles. I got 4 quotes and Mario @ Alpha was the most honest out of them all. The work I was doing was claim related and some other companies tried to tell me I had to replace the wood also (even without looking at it) and I knew that is not what I needed. Alpha's quote came in exactly what I got for my claim and the others were ridiculously higher and I didn't get good vibes from them. I instantly knew Alpha roofing was the right fit. The unfortunate part is I had to wait 3 months. The damage was not severe so I was okay with it. Other than the wait, everything was great. The team is very professional, respectful and excellent on communication. They were on the roof for 3 days and left nothing behind!
For reference, a picture is included. I went with Sandal Wood. I was hesitant at first because I choosing a color based off a picture but I went with it and couldn't be more pleased with the final results!
