I got a quote right away for remove/ replace shingles and facial board. I was told the job would start right away, he would have a crew of 8-9 and be done inn 7-8 days . They started right away and had the roof off in two days. Then nobody came and no phone call, when I finally called he sent over two teenage kids. He tried to use construction lumber for facia, I called him and was told he would make it right. Next came twisted and crooked facia with two different textures, when I called he told me it wold be replaced. He replace one board and never pre painted the boards like he promised. I was told there was ten pieces of plywood that were bad and needed to be replaced. Nothing progresses for two and a half weeks until the rain came, three workers hurried to cover the roof with barrier and shingled most the garage. Then nobody showed up until it was going to rain again and rushed to get it done in one day. He only corrected the facia because he needed a payment. I was told he replaced the bad plywood, but I looked in the attic and only 3 places of 1/2 sheet were replaced. This company is a slow train wreck. I saw the nails used to install the facia were regular construction nail and not galvanize, there is no way to fix that or the bad plywood, and now I'm stuck with a screwed up job. Do not use this company. The good reviews have to be fake, because this company doesn't have the ability to do a good job or even clean up properly during or after a job. FUBAR

I called Alpha Roofing for 3 different jobs that needed to be done. Marco came out within a few hours to take a look. I run a dog and cat rescue and he generously offered to donate the repair of the cat trailer roof. I was very impressed and touched by his generosity. We had an appointment for today to do the jobs. I called yesterday to confirm and asked what time he would be coming. He told me between 7:30 and 8am. When he hadn't shown up by 8:30 I called. He said that the crew was on their way and that he was in North Hollywood but would be there later. He then told me that he would call his crew to find out what was going on. When by 10 nobody still hadn't shown I called again and left a message. It is 6pm now, nobody showed and I haven't gotten a call back.

Ran into Marcos while running the neighborhood. He came down to give me an estimate within 20 minutes. Estimate was in the range I felt comfortable considering the original part of the house, roughly 1200 square feet, did not have plywood down. 4"" insulation board was all there was under the asphalt shingle. And there was a 4"" droop in my detached garage roof I wanted to correct. And several feet of fascia that had rotted and opted to have replaced. So Marcos and his crew went to work and had it all done in about 4-5 days. Droop in the garage gone and fresh plywood on the garage and original house and about 100' of fascia replaced. His crew is very competent.

Never trust a company that schedules an appointment then doesn't show up or even give you the courtesy to call you. Alpha has now been blacklisted in my contractor list. Poor way to run a business.

I contacted this business to help me with some broken tiles and to also do a roof inspection. I chose this business because they seemed legit and had good reviews. They told us many different times that they will be going a certain day but they never show up and never even bother to let me know that they won't be showing up either. Seems like they don't really care about their customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I called Marcos on Saturday around 1100 for a leak I found on my ceiling. Marcos told us that he'll be by in a few hours after he completes a job. Marcos arrived around 3pm. I showed Marcos the leak on the ceiling and he jump into action. Marcos and his worker jumped on the roof and looked over the situation. Upon inspection, Marcos came down and told me the problem and said he will take care of it right now before it gets real bad. Marcos worked fast and was on it. He finished up in no time and told me what he did. I've been watching the leak inside for a few days now and it has dried. Waiting for the next rain, If all goes well as Marcos stated, we should be fine. I will recommend Marcos to anyone that has roofing issues. Marcos is fast, reliable and affordable!

Honest and straightforward, Marcos explained the problems clearly with photos and also my practical options for repair until the roof itself can get replaced. After I picked a solution, he was very thorough and professional in securing my flat roof against further leaking. I now have peace of mind for the rainy winter ahead. Marcos's honesty about our situation was so refreshing. I absolutely felt taken care of not taken advantage of which is always appreciated. I had a leak and he said he could fix it inexpensively, but that it would need repair yearly as it wouldn't be a permanent fix. Then he also gave me a reasonable price to replace that half of the roof.
I was kept up to date about colors and progress. I've had roof work done before so I knew to ask about replacement wood underneath, and he was very good about sending pictures to show me what needed to be replaced. When finished I was very grateful for how well he did the clean up. I'm the end he sent pictures of the finished product as well. I don't mind climbing up the ladder to check on work, but I'm grateful when I don't have to.
