Zach was very professional from start to finish. He set an appointment to look at my roof and arrived prepared on time. Once he was done checking things out on my roof, he informed me that there were a few problem areas that needed to be addressed to avoid further damage. He was very thorough in his explanation which I really appreciated since I am not a roofer. I received other quotes and I personally felt that Alpha & Omega Roofing was the best value for the services being provided. Once we decided on what type of roof I wanted, I was added to the schedule. Before work started Zach called again to ensure that the dates still worked for me. The crew arrived as promised and the work was completed as scheduled. The crew left no traces of materials behind. I love how my roof turned out and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Love our new roof. Alpha & Omega made this extremely stressful process very easy for us. From their fair pricing to their great communication on every step of the process, Alpha & Omega are truly a top tier roofing company. Their tear off crew took care to cover the surrounding area and insure that morning around the house was damaged and did a great job of ensuring their were no nails and trash left behind. Very quick too! The roofing crew was just as awesome. They have a great process and had our beautiful roof on fast. You can tell these guys are experts by their work and the way they work.

Alpha Omega put a very nice new roof on my house several years ago. I was impressed when Jessie assured me of their quality of workmanship and materials. I recently had a leak and called them back for assistance. Jessie's Son came out and identified the source of the leak as the seal around my fireplace chimney. It was a seal they had applied when putting on the new roof. To my suprise Jessie only guarantees his work against leaks for five years despite the 20 plus year guarantee on the shingles. Everyone I know puts on a new roof to protect against water leaks. Jessie charged me $300 for a simple repair that took minutes to do. Beware of this Company their customer support leaves much to be desired!!!!

Love the company and the roof!... My fiancé and I needed a new roof for the house and we decided to go with Alpha & Omega as they came highly recommended from a friend. Zach came out to give us an estimate and he was extremely helpful, friendly and personable yet professional. He showed us several different options for the color of the shingles and even sent us photos of what our two favorite options would look like all said and done.

Now, our roof looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. The quality of their work truly shows. I would highly recommend Alpha & Omega for anyone looking for a new roof or roof fix. They do great work and are very upfront and honest with their expertise and knowledge.

GREAT COMPANY!!! We first found this roofing company from the app NextDoor. We had multiple neighbors say they were happy with their work. We first hired Zach to do a tear off and complete re-roof of a house we were renovating. We were very happy with their work so we hired them to do the roof on a new house we're building. Again, very happy.
Zach is super easy to work with and his prices are reasonable. I'd DEFINITELY recommend Alpha & Omega and plan to use them again on future projects.

If Zach Macias shows up to your door from this company do not do business with him or this company. They are fraudulent! The ownership takes no pride or responsibility in their work, warranty, and employees.
Had work done to stop a leak in roof, paid them, next major storm, same leak location. Called and came back twice insisting there was no leak.
Last major storm same leak location but water damage resulted in their horrible work. Came back the third time and claimed the leak was not from roof but from the siding.
This company committed fraud because they roofed an area that was not the source of the leak originally, yet claimed the roof was the source but was really not. They stole my money. Pass this place up!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Very poor follow up and customer service. We had our roof repaired. It still continued to leak it ruined our new paint job and new ceiling we had repaired and painted. We called and the owner said it wasn't him it was his brother. He finally got his brother to come out after the run around. He said there wasn't a leak. He said it was our paint job. He lied. It continues to leak he finally came out now he claims its our siding. What did we pay you for if our roof wasn't leaking. This is fraudulent. You should have told us the siding was the original problem. We paid you to stop a leak. You said it was the roof. You committed fraud. My husband looked them up and there in the processed of being sued. We will see you in court for the money we paid for our roof, ceiling repair and paint job. FRAUDULENT Business. Stay clear away from this place.

We actually meant to write a review long long ago. We had our roof done by Alpha & Omega 1-2 years ago and we couldn't be happier. Great communication, patient with our questions and needs, and they did a great job! So sorry it took us this long to write.

We needed a tear-off and replacement of our roof, which is a big financial investment. We obtained estimates from 4 contractors and chose Alpha & Omega primarily due to Jesse's exceptional customer service approach and competitive estimate. We wanted to maximize energy efficiency, so he recommended installing a thermal barrier to help reflect heat. As the owner of the company, he was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all our questions and providing guidance. Since our garage gets super hot in the summer, he recommended adding a solar fan and the thermal barrier as well. His foreman, Augustine, and the crew were terrific! Even with strong winds blowing during the tear-off they managed to keep our yard amazingly clean. They completed the roof a week before the heavy El Nino rains began in November, 2018. We didn't have to worry at all - no leaks!

Though there are many, many roofing contractors, Alpha & Omega has proven to be a top-notch company with exceptional customer service. They are fully insured, which we found is not the case with some. Beware of using an uninsured contractor!

We highly recommend Alpha & Omega for all your roofing needs. If you want the job done right by professionals, you will not be disappointed.
