I have had nothing but great experiences with Alpha. The initial presentation was professional and well presented. The Anlin windows are an exceptional product and really sell themselves. Larry was the project manager for my work with them company. We originally had them install windows on one of our properties and a few on another. We loved the product so much we had them return to do the remaining windows. We just finished an installation on our 3rd property with Alpha. The windows are absolutely fantastic and the installation was quick and well done. They windows look perfect and function as promised. The staff at the office was friendly and communicative to get my projects scheduled and completed.

My wife and I had been considering painting our home with Tex Cote paint for several years now and when we met directly with David Ries, Marketing Manger at Alpha Enviro Tech, we were impressed with his experience and knowledge and found him trustworthy. His team was like a well-oiled machine and we watched our home transform into something really special. Not only is the Tex Cote Sandalwood beautiful, we noticed an immediate cooling in our home as our walls are no longer warm to the touch. David has assembled a loyal crew that have been with him for over a decade. Angel hung two doors for us and then crafted two custom made doors for our 1952 water heater door and gas meter box. He is an outstanding carpenter. Jose Luis was the project manager and made sure that every detail was to our satisfaction in the process. An added bonus was having all new rain gutters installed that look fabulous. I only wish that we had discovered David Ries and his wonderful team several years ago. We had done some comparison shopping with other ""cool wall"" vendors, but none possessed the scope of knowledge that David exhibited.

Just got 14 new windows installed and couldn't be happier!! The sales guy, Rick, was very good. Knew his product and gave us a great deal. The installers were awesome people, felt totally comfortable with them in my home and they did an excellent job!! We felt an immediate difference in how cool and quiet our house was once they were done!!

Showed up on time, removed the old stuff, including asbestos. Installed our AC and Furnace unit quickly at a very reasonable price. A big shout out to Dave and his professional team. They more than met the expectations of my wife and I. I highly recommend them!

Thank you to the members of Alpha Enviro Tech company from Sales Rep. Henry, to his manager, Brandy, and to the expert installers were knowledgeable, professional and courteous @ all times. I work graveyard and when i go home i need to sleep, the installer are very considerate not to make a loud banging noise. The windows are excellent and the warranty is excellent too. I'm 100% satisfied for the product and service they provided.

Originally contacted this company to get a quote for windows for my grandmother. We have a specific situation with the title of the home and I informed the person from their ""marketing department"" of this and he said it would be no problem and promised it would be fine. Went to pull the trigger and now financing is not available and there are hoops to go through. After the back and forth my grandmother didn't feel comfortable because she felt mislead and the rep also put her income much higher than it actually was on the bank forms. So we tabled the project. Fast forward we are are now looking for a new roof and I happened to get a call from one of there reps this past weekend advising that there is a special program from the city for elderly to help with projects and they will be in the area today. At the time I didn't put two and two together that it was the same company. I met one of their reps again from the ""marketing department"" offering a great deal if we became a showcase home. I explained the title issue to him and he advised he would verify with his boss and take some measurements of the house for the estimate. He asked to see the inside of the roof of the garage and would do measurements of the house, so I opened it and let him know I would be in the back yard when he was ready to measure back there. After 15 minutes or so I walk to the front and the man is gone. He had walked back in the house and gathered his belongings and left through the front leaving the whole home open. Didn't say a word. I'm sure his supervisor told him the title issue wouldn't work, and he may even remembered our situation before. I have no problem with this but the rep could have at least said something before driving off. I immediately looked up the name to give them a call back and it all fell into place that this was the same company as before with the windows. They show up and advise of the special deals they provide because they are the ""marketing department"" and try to justify their prices with all these future savings. I can't vouch for their actual work because we didn't get that far but I can tell you that the whole presentation is a sales tactic and when there is no sale to be done they have no consideration. Also after the issues last time I got quotes from 8 other window companies and did exhaustive research. If your looking for windows save yourself some time and contact hometime windows. Their product and service is excellent for a fraction of the cost and none of the ""marketing"" gimmick. When alpha made the offer for the windows it was a sign now or else the deal will be gone because they only do these marketing deals once in an area. Well here they are in the area again 6 months later. They may do good work but be wary when meeting them.

Had an appointment to discuss possible window replacement on a Friday. I had told them when I set up the appointment that my wife might not be available, but we set up the appointment anyway. When they arrived, my wife was not available, so they wouldn't talk to me. After hearing the initial pitch and realizing this offer was via California FIRST financing with a possible discount as a ""showcase"" home, I decided not to reschedule the appointment. The person was polite and said they had multiple appointments in the area throughout the day. No big deal.

However, I received a call on the following Monday from someone who quickly got very aggressive with me because I wasn't ""following the rules,"" because my wife wasn't there. I was definitely guarded in the conversation, but I was not rude. I had not agreed to any obligation for work, nor had I complained to anyone about cancelling the appointment. I told the person that he wasn't going to just call me up and chew me out, and he started to say, ""Yes, I am,"" when I told him to have a nice day and hung up on him.

What kind of company calls people who aren't even customers, yet, and treats them that way? I'm not going to be bullied into hiring anyone. If Alpha Enviro Tech has their own telemarketers, they need to get a handle on their staff. If they're outsourcing their telemarketing, they need to have a serious discussion with whatever company they hired.

Hi everyone! Wanted to post my family's experience with Alpha Enviro Tech. During late December early January, we had heavy rains in our area and found out we had roof leaks. Unsure who to use we asked for referrals online from various communities. Sadly, out of the three companies we requested bids from only one actually showed up, Alpha Enviro Tech. My mother was able to schedule with them and on Jan. 19th Dave Ries came out to speak with her. The two spent a couple hours discussing the process, and materials that would be used. He also assisted her with the funding process through PACE Funding. After all was said and done, we had a date to start in early February which Brandy called to confirm and give us a schedule for the project. Unfortunately, life had thrown us a curveball and we needed to postpone for one week. A request that Alpha Enviro Tech accommodated us with.

Fast forward to February twentieth where a team came by to remove the solar panels from the roof. They arrived at 6:50am and by seven were on the roof and working. Amazingly, it was only about an hour for them to have each one removed and stacked in our backyard. On February 22nd, the roofing started. Like clockwork, 7:00 am each morning until finished. Day one, roof removal. Day two, replacement of any damaged wood as necessary and the start of the new roof. Day three Roof was finished and given final approval by the city. Not going to lie, that hammering will get to you. SO happy it only took three days. When all was said and done, the roof was complete, the solar panels reinstalled, washed, and generating power again. The area around the house was cleaned up, no debris or trash left behind.

Overall we are more than happy with the process, work, and would recommend Alpha Enviro Tech to anyone else, in fact we already have. Two neighbors came to ask about it just after completion. Thank you to Dave, Jeremy, Brandy, and Nate for their help and professionalism during the project.

Great sales team, very informative. Stucco repair & paint was timely but not very detailed. Screen replacements for crawl space had price stickers painted over. Front & back door of the house was painted & repainted and still bubbles. I ended up excluding the doors from the contract since ""making it right"" they tried four times and in the process ruining my front lawn grass, leaving paint stains on my cement driveway/backyard pavers & wasting my time. They gave me a ""deal"" with the tankless water heater which ended up another problem plumber/handyman kept bringing the wrong unit (due to COVID19 they don't check their suppliers delivery), slow to install and always running to Home Depot for parts, so amateur. Placement of the water heater or unit chosen was wrong and won't pass city code. They try to please without doing the research first to know if they can deliver their promise. This was promised as a 7-9 day project that lasted for 9 weeks!

From their sales call to their installers, every person we had contact with at Alpha Enviro Tech was courteous and professional. The Sales Rep Rick spent hours with us going over our options and answering all of our questions. He helped us get financing that made it possible for us to have the much needed new windows in our 34 yr old home.
They were very patient with me and my indecisions on a couple of matters and when an unfortunate incident with the winds in our area damaged a window they were very understanding and ordered a replacement that arrived promptly, at no extra charge to us.
The installers arrived on the scheduled days and times, wore masks and were very friendly and efficient at their job. They cleaned up after themselves quite nicely and showed us how to operate the windows and locking features.
We immediately noticed a difference in the temperatures in our home and less noise from outside with the new windows. We are very pleased and looking forward to seeing the savings from this investment on our electric bill.
We highly recommend this company for your window needs and more.
