The moment Alpha Enviro came to my home I knew they were the perfect team. Honest, ethical, supportive and efficient. The install was one day and the difference was immediate. The team that came in had my blinds removed, windows out and new ones in with out a trace of mess. They were so nice and professional. I waited and procrastinated for years because I thought it was going to be complicated, I was wrong, wish I would have done this sooner Alpha Enviro Tech. I was at the LA County Fair in Pomona speaking to various window companies. Alpha Enviro Tech was one of them. I told them I was not looking for cheap or inexpensive windows. I wanted quality windows for my specific needs.
I live on a hill above a very busy intersection, next to a shopping center and a freeway. At any hour of the night and early morning I could hear trash trucks backing up, busses, fire and police sirens, cars racing and honking, and freeway traffic.
I could not believe the sudden quiet from my new widows. I new the noise would diminish considerably but wow! The quiet is almost deafening. It's upgraded the quality a good nights sleep, my life and of course my property value.
I recommend Alpha Enviro Tech to everyone. The sales rep, owners, managers, installers (Gracias Antonio!), and office staff were professional, and friendly. This company is a keeper like finding a good auto mechanic or plumber, you want to keep this company.
By the way, my new widows are absolutely beautiful. They work fantastically and they balance the temperature in my home. And the windows come with a lifetime warranty that I can pass on to the next owners. So they stand behind there product. I stand behind Alpha Enviro Tech.

Capable courteous people from start to finish. We have been looking for windows that won't leak in Antelope Valley wind driven rain. The marketer knew her product. Salesman Jon knew the product and encouraged my engineer husband to check out the demo window with a hose. Jesse the project manager professionally confirmed the window sizes. Rolando and Umberto protectively put down tarps and plastic and expertly completed the installation of seven windows in a half day. Brandy cordially coordinated the installation and sent us the double lifetime warranty. So nice to work with competent professionals who understand customer service.

Alpha did a really great job we were very satisfied with there work. The crew was very professional they introduced themselves they asked before they moved things they were very friendly and helpful. The windows have been installed and they look really great. they did really good work they cleaned up after themselves they move things that needed to be moved so we were very pleased with the windows. They were very careful to explain to us that we had to wait 16 hours before we could let our blinds down because the materials had to dry. over all we're very happy with their job

In July I contacted this company for a new ac/heating unit. Nate Washburn responded and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I was upgraded not knowing I would need new ducts. The moment this company called me they are already warm people on the phone that's why I listen to the marketer. I was interested in replacing our air conditioning system so I made an appointment. Alex, the consultant came and right away we felt the honesty and knowledge about their system and we felt they want to help us with our problem and just not to sell and make comission out of the sale.
There were previous consultants that came here already before but we felt they just want to make money and the concern about our problem we didn't feel. They also offered us good deals that other cinsultants did not offer to us, that's why we were sold to their system. The AC/furnace was installed right away in a matter of one day! Amazing how quick it was to have the job done!!!No hussel at all.
The processed was done professionally and the customer service was superb, if you have questions they answer the phone it's like you're working with a friend!!!
