I highly recommend Alpha Elite Roofing. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! I was helping my aunt who is elderly find a roofing company that was reliable and reasonable. I am so grateful we found Alpha Elite Roofing and had Brandi assigned to the job! My aunt is selling her house and needed roofing repairs as well as other repairs done. Brandi went above and beyond all of our expectations. She had a crew out immediately to take care of all of the repairs at a very affordable price. Her dedication to her customers and extremely hard work ethic does not go unnoticed. She will also be your best advocate dealing with your insurance company. My aunt's roof looks great, and she was so happy about the roof repair because she could not tell a difference with the new shingles. Brandi was determined to make sure the new shingles matched the old ones, since they no longer made her original shingle. Just another example of her attention to detail and broad knowledge of the roofing industry. Thank you Brandi for being so patient and kind to my aunt. I know some businesses take advantage of elderly people, but you did everything to make this undertaking a positive experience for everyone involved. You will be happy if you choose Alpha Elite Roofing and ask for Brandi!

I requested a bid on a new roof and had to have it immediately. The President, Andrew, came out as soon as I could be home. He was absolutely attentive, knowledgeable, and one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. He was there to inspect the roof again with the adjuster when he came out & scheduled me asap. His crew did a top notch job in one day! My new roof is awesome!! Andrew also sent someone over who supervised the crew and inspected the work as they were doing it. They cleaned up all of the mess (which was substantial after taking off the old roof) This company is absolutely amazing!!! If you need a roof, you have to call Andrew!!

This company , Replaced my neighbor's roof and left my property a mess and the side of my property yard full of nails . Many times I saw them picking up ( I have footage and pictures) parts of my neighbor's roof in my driveway and my yard . I also saw them blowing my drive way off as well . All they did was blow the nails they did not see into the yard or around down my drive way .. so guess what now I had to replace two tires because of them . I do not think it is my neighbor's responsibility, I think the roofing company and contractors . I called them and ,reached out, the one guy I spoke to was super rude and told me that ( if he was driving down the road and something fell out on the road and caused damage it was not the fault of the state . Etc etc true but mr . Roof guy(but ) you guys dropped all those nails on my private property.. I told him I just wanted the tired paid for it was nails from the job . I sent him
What he asked for (proof) pictures and video footage ( hell ) I have a picture of him in my drive talking on the phone ... I mean what else do you need .... I also have footage of his crew blowing all the crap off my drive way and onto my yard .... ( my private property ) . I have called this guy a few times sent him messages emailed him txt him .... no response ..... so my advice is this company is the absolute worst ... I got screwed over and they did not do any work for me at all ..... please take this to heart folks ... keep on looking and pass this business by ... my next report will be to the BBB ...

I normally do not write reviews, but the service I received from Alpha Elite Roofing compelled me to write this review. I contacted their company on June 18 about a leak in my roof. The consultant Travis showed up at my place on 06/24/2020 1 hour late at 11am. When he arrived, he looked at the leak and took pictures and tried to contact the roofers and sent them pictures. He said he could not get a hold of anybody and they were supposed to be on the way. He sat on my couch trying to reach people for ten minutes and then told me they would be here in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later no one showed up and he proceeds to give me a quote. I agreed to the price and he said they would come by in the afternoon to fix the roof. He called me at 1:45pm and 3:30pm asking me if they showed up and I said no. Being fed up with the lack of communication I told him to forget about it and that I would find someone else. After I cancelled the service, his Boss Andrew calls me apologizing saying they will be here in the morning. This company has huge lack of communication that seems be going on throughout the entire business. Being that it was raining I had urgency to fix this roof. These are not the people you should trust with one of your biggest investment please be aware of this when considering this company...buyer beware!!!

If you are not buying a new roof do not bother calling these people. I had them out to look at a leak, never heard back. I followed up because someone gave me their name. Finally received a quote. I said ok let's proceed. Never heard back. Finally received an email that they were ""reviewing"" their original quote. I said forget it - your service is awful. One of the employees is the moderator of the Facebook group ""Talk of Pearland."" He has banned me from the group. So petty. He is fine with other businesses being ripped to shreds but no one can say anything about his. Seriously they are full of it. Do not bother with them!!

The company's president, Andrew Hernandez and his entire group are very professional, skilled, honest, and will represent you incredibly well with insurance negotiations if necessary. In short, you cannot put a price on doing business with people of integrity. If you want a quality job done from start to finish, Alpha Elite Roofing is worthy of your consideration.

this company came and replaced my roof and said they was a full contractor and could repair my fence and inside work where my roof leaked they did the roof work but they could not do the other work they have to sub contract the work. like I said they came and replaced my roof and it looks good but in the process of replacing the roof they threw the tarp that was on my roof and some plywood on my A/C that was outside in which cascaded into many issues with my A/C that caused me to replace the entire A/C and they assumed no responsibility for the damage to my A/C their excuse was that it was old and it would have broken down in a few years any way. then after they finished the roof and I had paid for the work I requested a receipt and invoice and the inspection of the roof that I paid for and that the mortgage company requested and I have yet to receive anything and I cannot get anybody to return my phone calls or messages. very unprofessional and a company that uses the line of veteran operated they don't share the core values that I carry with me after serving 22 years in the US Navy. I would not recommend this company to anybody

I was unfortunate not to get the good guys that were mentioned on the other reviews with 5 stars.
The guy that was supposed to help us didn't do anything. He never went to my roof to do a proper estimation. He is not a good asset to this company. I'll give my business to someone else. There's a lot of BBB accredited roofer in all of Houston that has 5 star yelp reviews. I just need to give them a call one of these days.
