Horrible DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE WORTHLESS ROOFERS! 2 months to complete a roof and they finish on weekends so they arent caught my HOA mgmt.

This company was hired by our HOA to rebuild our roof. I received a notice on my door two days prior to them starting the project. The notice had the wrong address on it, but it was placed on my door. So I called them and let them know that they had the wrong house. Two days later at 7 am I heard someone walking on my roof and banging. I went outside to tell them to stop, because they had the wrong house. However, they ignored my request and continued to take apart my old roof. They gave me a two week window to work on the house, but in reality it only takes 3 days to do my roof (I asked the guy).

I have a dog and explained to him that I need to house my dog somewhere else while they work on the house. The project manager did not seem to care. At one point he told me that he would be done by a tuesday. That Monday i made arrangements for my dog (which cost me $$), and after I got home from work I realized that they had NOT worked on the house. I called him to inquire and he was rude, gave me attitude and indicated that they have a two week period to do the house. He stated that they had been to the property, but did NOT work on my house...but that they will tomorrow.

I rent this house. The owner of the house never gave consent to do the roof for this house; however, the company does not seem to care about anything. They took apart my roof, then started to work on another house prior to finishing mine. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They have no regard for the tenants of the house they are working on.

Okay, I have to admit I was sucked in by the name. However, the quote was the lowest I got from three different contractors and I took a chance. First of all the owner was really friendly, and came back out himself when the balcony leaked last winter. The bad part is he was never able to fix the leak so I had to replace the window, balcony door and the balcony floor myself. So...three stars.
