My family and I were very impressed with Project Manager, Jesus Pomposo of Alluring Homes, Inc. We thought we had a roofing issue due to a persistent water leaking problem we were having that was coming down from our second floor room to the living room. Mr. Pomposo quickly, courteously, efficiently, and accurately diagnosed the true issue (leaking fire sprinkler) and provided us with excellent advice that helped us resolve the issue.

Alluring Homes Inc. just re-tiled my roof. I was very happy with their work and would highly recommend the company for any roofing project.

I found the company pricing to very fair and competitive. Considering they use top grade materials at a competitive price was to my advantage. In fact, after the tiles and the original roofing paper were removed, it was apparent the wood on the front of the house was rotten and needed replacing. Alluring Homes absorbed the additional cost of replacing the wood. Considering I have a large ranch style house the cost of the additional wood was substantial. ALLURING HOMES GAVE ME A PRICE AND STUCK TO IT !!!

Sergio (Owner) and Sam (Project Manager) were very pleasant to work with. The work crew showed up every day on time and were very professional. The work crew supervisor Ramon would quickly address any questions or concerns. They CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA EVERY DAY.

My experience with Alluring Home Inc. was very enjoyable. Management was easy to work with, they set a price and stuck too it. The work crew was professional and very clean. All in all, I was satisfied with the work and I felt like I got my money's worth.

We recently had approximately 2400 Sq ft of asphalt roofing done on our home and could not be more pleased. With the ownership (Sergio and Sam) having served our country in the military, it was no surprise they were polite, respectful, punctual and honest!!! The entire team was amazing to work with. Very professional, great results, nice people. We were in a world of hurt because of the recent heavy rains. Water was leaking into our walls and flooded our bathroom. I researched several companies, while I was in a panic, and Alluring Homes had great reviews, no complaints, and was licensed, bonded, and insured. While it was still heavily raining, Sergio and Sam both came over within 2 hours to look at our situation... AND, to put up tarps to stop the damage. Just 2 weeks later, at the first opportunity to work without rain, they were starting the project. They finished the entire project in JUST 2 DAYS! These guys are amazing! Good price, awesome service, and we have a very nice new roof !

Alluring Homes replaced a foam roof on our one story, flat-roofed home in Glendale and did a great job. They completed the job in about 3 days, and the roofing inspector in Glendale even complemented the final result. The estimate by Sergio Espinosa was thorough, and he pointed out where some small leaks were starting in the attic crawl space that we hadn't yet noticed. The lead person overseeing the workers, Sam Burgara, was also very professional.

We've had some trying experiences with our roof, but I think we finally found our guys! Sergio and Sam were very helpful, very professional, and did a fantastic job on two different projects. The first was a flat roof that was in dire need of replacing: they did a very thorough job to make sure that there wouldn't be any future issues. The next was the back half of our brand new roof which was supposed to just be a patch around a new AC. However, Sergio pointed out that some areas had been done incorrectly (Sergio spotted out where our previous roofers had simply bent the asphalt shingles instead of using the correct flashing around a skylight), and a good percentage of the new shingles had been worn down by the AC crew that did the replacement. They ended up fixing all the problem areas, adding another layer of shingles, and even put in some attic vents for us (bonus!) for a very fair price. Thanks so much Sergio and Sam for your help!
