After my roof sprung a leak this winter, I contacted Sergio at Alluring Homes based on my neighbor's recommendation. Sergio responded quickly and was out to inspect my roof the next day. I figured it was due for a replacement and he sent me a quote the next day.

Sergio was extremely easy to work with and I felt well informed and at ease. When I decided to move forward, he handled all the permits, he communicated with the historic board in my neighborhood, and he communicated with me throughout the process. His crew was prompt, polite, and professional. They finished the job early and were mindful of cleaning up all materials when the job was finished! My roof looks great and I'm glad I won't have to worry about this again for 20-30 years!

So happy I came ran into Sergio and his crew at Alluring Homes. I interviewed 20 contractors and everyone had a different opinion on how to take me for a ride. My house was leaking all over the place, all the windows, doors, roof. You name it it leaked, and guess what, I had installed all new doors, windows and roof just 5 years ago. Come to find out the previous contractors didn't seal anything correctly and the roof wasn't protected up to the edges. Alluring Homes removed all my solar panels with care, cleaned them, and put a thick protective coat on my roof and then reinstalled my solar panels. The roof is sparkling! Then I had the team power wash the entire home displaying cracks in the stucco and gaping holes in the wall. They sealed, repaired and patched all the windows, stucco and doors. Then came the Cool Wall textcote. Man this stuff is something. So thick and protective and the color is beautiful. He gave me a 10 year warranty. It rained yesterday and not a leak in sight. I would recommend Alluring Homes and Sergios team to any family member, friend or client. They're honest, get the job done right, and the most cost effective way. Thank you Alluring Homes.

Cesar is very friendly and professional, and he made my experience easy and stress-free. He did a good job explaining everything and keeping me informed about the whole process. All of my roof work was done on time and on schedule, which is such a relief when it comes to any kind of home improvement work. The work on my roof was coincidentally done only a couple of weeks before we got lots of rain from hurricane hilary. Like a lot of people, I was worried about my home staying dry, but my roof held up perfectly and I had no problems. After the storm, my neighbor asked me if I knew of someone who could do some work on her roof, and I felt very confident giving her Cesar's contact info.

I can not say enough about Sergio, the owner of Allurring Homes. He is a total professional who is also a truly decent man...which is the rarest of commodities in todays contractors. He genuinely cares about the job he does and customer satisfaction is his #1 priority. He came back to fix a repair on my roof, that he never charged me for the first time. When does that ever happen...never! You need a roofer, just call him. You will be thrilled.

I met with Sergio on the roof of my office building and waited several weeks for a written quote to make repairs on my roof. Today after waiting several weeks and not receiving a quote the owner Sergio called me to discuss preparation of his written quote. Sergio told me that the only way he would do my job is if I agreed not to let anyone on my roof for the duration of his warranty which I believe was to be 5 years. That means that at my commercial office building I would have to agree that nobody, including myself could be on the roof for any reason and that I would be committing all AC and roof repairs and replacement to Sergio and his company. I told Sergio that I thought this was unreasonable and insane and he told me that is what I would have to agree to before he would prepare a written estimate/do my job. In retrospect I think the public needs to be aware of this conversation. Let me add that in person Sergio and his other representative seem to be really nice and straightforward people. I am very disappointed in the manner in which this potential job was handled, and in this and the other referrals I received from Angie's list!! Denis R

We are extremely satisfied with our complete reroofing by Sergio and his team. Seriously- don't bother searching for another contractor, because Alluring Homes is the best, most honest and professional company that keeps its promise. Plus, it only took 1 week to tear off old shingles/rotted wood and to install new everything (+ some really nice gutters).
Sergio follows up with you to make sure that everything is in good shape and he is highly responsive if you have any questions. Following a strong rainy season, we had no leaks whatsoever in our really problematic areas (besides a vent and a skylight, but Sergio came to the rescue and fixed those up right away).

When I woke up this morning part of our roof was peeling off due to the high Santa Ana winds ... I panicked and did not know what to do. But thanks to Sergio -Alluring Homes, they responded fast ( in an hour , they were here) and fixed our roof. Actually Sergio had our roof fixed as far back as 2017 but that part that broke was not part of our contract and yet he did not hesitate to come quickly and repair. And the best part was he did not charged me a cent. I was so amazed and hats off to Sergio. Even his crew are all friendly and know what they're doing. They work fast and accurate. I referred Sergio to friends and was not disappointed for doing so. They loved him and their work. I will definitely continue to refer him. We are thinking of going solar very soon and will have alluring homes do it for us. Thank you Sergio for your wonderful service every time

I decided to do a re roof and go solar, Alluring homes was contracted to do all my roofing. Sergio was great he was very communicative from start to finish with the project.

His team and lead man Felipe were excellent workers, they got the job done rite and in a timely manner very professional.

When we had our solar roof installed, Sergio was assigned as the contractor to tear down the old roof. He was very prompt, communicative, and very accommodating. I kept his contact information, and six months after the roof was installed, I reached out to have him install gutters. He detailed our options, gave us a quick estimate, and had the job completed very quickly. Everything looks great, and we're grateful to have everything done before the winter rains.

Sergio and his team at Alluring Homes did a fantastic job tearing down my old roof in preparation for my new Tesla Solar Tile roof. They put new underlayment and fixed the facia boards. He also replaced my old external duct vent and seamlessly integrated it with the central duct. Sergio said he would take care of me from day one, and he did it with integrity and honor. I recommend Alluring Homes, and if you can afford to get yourself a Tesla Solar Tile roof, I recommend that you do it.
