I recently purchased a home and a roof inspection had been completed by Allstate that had been ordered by my realtor. I decided to move forward with the repairs. I was told scheduling would be in contact, Didn't confirm a date/time with me just showed up one morning and I was leaving. When I returned home that evening I discovered that the debris they cleared off my roof was now in my pool. I reached out via phone message and e-mail to discuss this or at least to receive some acknowledgement about my concern , NOTHING .

We are very impressed with Allstate Roofing. After finding water coming in off of a vent in our bedroom they called within 1 hour of my first call late on a Friday night. They prompt on coming and fixing the leak and then set up another appointment for roof maintenance when the weather cleared. Everyone in the office was very helpful.

This company put a Presidential comp roof on my neighbors house and did a bad job. It was installed in July and had several areas where the roofers had walked on it when it was hot so it had several areas where the shingles were damaged.

Ryan is so conscientious and patient--to answer questions, provide help with decisions, and complete the job to my satisfaction. And whenever I have called him, following the job, he has always gotten back to me and given me whatever consideration I needed. Just the BEST! I didn't say cheap--I said the BEST! Just what I wanted! (my roof was done about 17 years ago).

All State Roofing just finished our new roof and did a great job. They finished in 4 1/2 days even with a change in color of shingles. All State Roofing was very accommodating when we asked for a change in color. Ryan and Gerardo kept on top of the job and checked in regularly that we were happy with the progress. Roof turned out beautiful and we are very happy. The city inspector came out twice and had no issued. He said he never has issues with All States quality of work. Great job!!

Allstate roofing was great. They were prompt and courteous. They competed the work quickly and were priced fair. I am leaving a one star review due to incompetence of their bookkeeping. After cashing my check a month ago, I was called and asked to prove that I paid the amount and that THEY cashed the check?!?! So after taking the time to send an image of the check online and email it to them as well as the deduction of the check from my account, I am left wondering if I should bill them for doing their bookkeeper's job? #itsmath #notmyjob
