Allstate does not show up when they promise. Then, they file a lien on the property because you don't want to pay them for work they have not showed up to do. The owners Jim and Joe do not respond to any texts or calls or requests to meet when there is and issue after you sign a contract. They promise the world up front then disappear. They claimed we had to use a special piece on the roof which my expert witnesses and other roofing companies we hired to inspect the roof denied. They claim their roof had a 45 year warranty. Luckily one of the roofers we hired to inspect their job told us there is no warranty within 1100 yards of the coast with the material they were using. The home is on Ft. Myers beach. Go the Metal sales manufacturing and read the warranty. I finally have a roof from a reputable company with a warranty but still fighting the lien from Allstate for work they never performed. I paid 1/3 of the contract up front, they tore off the old roof and want the money for a roof they never put on. My neighbor stuck with them and after 10 months as of last month they were still working on his roof. We both went through hurricane season with no roof. Fortunately there were no issues this year. I have also filed complaints with the BBB and state of Florida licensing with more detail

Owners of the company reached out to me to discuss the issues I had. They listened to my complaint and looked at all the communication I had with their representative. They realized they had miscommunicated costs to me and refunded me for additional costs. Customer service goes a long way in this business. I really appreciated their concern for my impression and for making it right. I will use them again.

We called Allstate to look at our roof after Irma. From the first day, they were there for us-at every insurance inspection, providing way more information for our insurance, texting/emailing back quickly. Roof was put on with a little damage to front step, and they replaced our entire porch/steps. Jim and his daughter, Chanel, are professional and easy to work with at all levels. They even recommended a company for interior painting and replacing doors.

We used them for Hurricane Damage and they were really great to work with. They moved very quickly to replace our roof and once they discovered we had mold damage they moved quickly with a firm to treat it and rid us of it. Chanel was really great to work with as well. Very professional organization. They dealt with the insurance company directly on our behalf. They really covered all the details and helped us through a trying aspect of the Hurricane damage. I would highly recommend using them.

Job went smoothly from inspection to installation. This company has dedicated crews that demonstrate pride in their work. I've watched several houses getting new roofs due to Irma. Those using other companies often leave a mess and final output sometimes does not look as good. Allstate crews are customer focused and pay attention to detail. Another huge benefit was our insurance adjuster trusted our inspector - Jess. It's nice to have a trusted business working on such a large project. Highly recommend Allstate.

Don't use this outfit.They do crap work,basicly are storm chasers.Do not stand behind their warranty.Run from these people,there is a reason why they are no longer in Illinois.My roof has leaked since they installed it.They do not return phone calls when they say they will get back to you.Blame their shotty work on the weather.I wouldn't even give them 1 star if there was a lower rateing
