All Star did an amazing job replacing our roof. The sales rep, Vijay, was really on top of things (no pun). These guys do an outstanding job and are reasonably priced. Will call them anytime I need a new roof or any repair.

I have the repair done recently. I have the new roof after 20 years. Their new roof include different warranty. The warranty are 25, 10 or no warranty. I got the 25 years warranty with transferable to new owner.

After negotiations the price. We choose the color and pattern of the roof. I do have them changed all the trim in the same time. The who process take only three days. We do have to wait for the permit from building department and my community approval before proceed.

I am happy with their work. After the job, they clean my surroundings. I did pick up some left over they didn't get.

They deserve zero stars. Nothing but leaking problems from day one. Years later I'm hiring another roofer. Stay away from them unless you want a headache.

This company if full of liars and fabricate lies upon lies. I hired them to rebuild my chimney, which I was told they could fix. But after the rebuild my roof has a leak like none other. Because I put a stone facade on the chimney over the hardy board they used, he's been blaming the chimney company for the continued leak. I had my roof replaced 15 years ago and nothing like this ever happened. Today, he said to me, ""You think I'm going to come out there just to look, because I like your face? It's going to close a service fee of $299.00 if I do not find the leak?""
This is business and I'm not asking you to like me Mr, just fix the problem. They lied from the very start saying that the workers will be supervised every step of the way. On the day of the assessment, the father and his sons were up on my roof and doing all this measurements. I asked why? I was told, ""We'll be down to show you.""
What they wanted was the contract to change the entire roof. I trusted them and gave the go ahead. What a big blunder on my part. The workers were never supervised and no one came from the company to do a quality check.
This is an epic failure and total dissatisfaction with this company.

AllStar roofing by far one of the better companies I have dealt with. They worked well around my dogs bathroom schedule and kept me informed along the way as to what was going on with my Chimney. Not to mention one of the better prices for the quality of work. I would recommend them in the future for roofing work!

We hired All Star Roofing in 2008 to replace our garage roof. The estimate was $3,800. They ultimately billed us $15,000. Their workers were unsupervised and chatted on cell phones and horsed around much of the time. They used remnants on the torch down roof which left ugly seams visible from the house. Owner boasted about his purebred dogs, which I guess we helped pay for.
