Allrestore Contracting was founded by our owner, Jim Hoctor in 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. He aimed to transform the home improvement industry by delivering clients genuine service and quality service, a quality this field often lacks across the country.

Having a background in the home improvement business since 1994, Jim worked as a project manager for one of the largest home improvement firms in the nation. Prior to this role, Jim managed the installation process for a few local companies, where he learned insight into the reasons a renovation business to struggle. Jim remains making a positive impact in the industry.
