I am currently unable to comment on the quality of workmanship by Allied, but I wanted to update my review to reflect their customer service.

After being on the wrong end of a communication snafu, (that resulted in me waiting around for an advisor that never showed) I left a negative review here. Within minutes, I was reached out to by Allied with an apology and a request to rectify the situation. Given their well-reviewed work and the fact that they were recommended to me by another trustworthy roofer, I decided to give them another chance.

They assigned Robert to the job and he was out the next afternoon (today). He was on time, professional, and very informative. He was honest and frank in his assessments, and offered things for me to consider that I hadn't thought of. In a new age of subpar customer service, I'm happy to report that Allied takes pride in their professionalism and is willing to take the necessary steps to fix any missteps.

I scheduled a quote for a reroof on my roughly 9000sqft custom clay tile roof with Allied over two weeks ago. ""Val"" was suppose to come out today between 2-4PM for said quote and pulled a no-call-no-show on me. If they're willing to blow off a large and expensive job so cavalierly, I hate to see how they treat smaller ones. If you have time to waste on being blown off, call Allied; if you want to be treated like a valued customer, call Paul Bange, Max Home Services, Tiger Team, Rapid Roofer, SK Quality Roofing, Lake Metal Systems, Rocky's Roofing, or many of the other highly rated roofers in the area who can actually be bothered to honor their commitments.

I had contacted Allied after Irma because I had flat roof damage. When I called I was told that it would be a minimum of $750 for any repair. However when they contact me to book an appointment the minimum now was $1500 for any repair. On the day of the appointment they called me to say they that they won't repair just the flat roof but replace the entire roof + the flat roof. I had advised them from the 1st time I called that I needed a flat roof repair. Buyer beware

I WISH I had the experience of all the previous viewers. There were a few snafus along the way that should have tipped me off on what I was walking into.

Last month, I had a leak in my flat roof patched. There were some ceiling repairs that were needed as a result of the leak. Naturally, we took care of the ceiling repairs after the leak had been fixed.

Fast forward to today, where the leak reappeared in the exact same spot. I called Allied Roofing and they promptly came out to take a look and address. I then asked the technician about covering the costs for the repair of the ceiling. My main point was that I was going to have to pay twice the amount to fix the repair on the ceiling, since it would need to be changed out once again. Had the leak been correctly addressed the first time, we wouldn't have this issue. His response was rude and demeaning, and ultimately lead to him saying ""I don't know what to tell you, I'm not a sales representative"".

I followed up with my sales rep who told me the ceiling was damaged before they did the work (um, obviously?), so they wouldn't cover any repairs we have made since then. They have a 6 month warranty on the roof to cover the roof only. So was I supposed to leave an unsightly hole in my ceiling for 6 months while I wait for the leak to resume or for the warranty to run out? Should I just assume the leak with always be there and leave the gaping hole to my crawlspace exposed?

I'm still waiting to hear back from the supervisor from a call I had into the office earlier today. Fingers crossed they have better people skills compared to what I've been up against so far.

Great customer service from beginning to end .
Don't look any further call them for you roof needs , be repair or maintaining a great roof thru out the years or a new roof metal or tile .Excellent company !

Allied was great to work with. I was looking to get a few estimates for repairs and it was very easy to get an appointment with them. Victor called me a few hours early than our scheduled time to say he was in the area and asked if I minded to come early. Of course not! He was very professional and provided a detailed estimate. We decided on another company, due to overall cost, but I would recommend you give them an opportunity to provide an estimate!

Allied was recommended by a close friend who was very satisfied with his re-roof experience. John G was our rep and he and all the crews from demo to the installation of our standing seam aluminum roof were great. The price proposal was on the money, the start of work and completion was timely, even with a hurricane threat thrown in. Our home was always left as clean as possible, communication excellent, and the roof is gorgeous. So, fair price, did what was promised, great craftmanship, no issues. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Allied Roofing. I had a roof leak so I called and was able to speak to somebody who understood how worried I was. They set an appointment quickly, showed up on time and explained what was wrong after taking a look at the roof. It turns out that I didn't need a new roof but rather a repair. In the end, they did a great job for far less money than I thought I would have to spend. Who knows how many companies would have tried to sell me a new roof when I really didn't need one? I consider myself lucky for having called them.

Allied did an awsome job. From the beginning to the end I was always impressed with the level of service we received. Sales helped me make a decision on the tile, demo kept site clean, crew on roof worked efficiently to beat the weather, sheet metal did awsome job on gutters , office made paperwork easy. If you want a roof over your family built by a company that takes pride in there work then call Allied.
