I would not recommend Allied Roofing for roof replacement. The warranty is for only 5 years. The workmanship is adequate if not poor. Initially after having my roof replaced there was a leak around the vent that damaged the kitchen roof. They did repair that. Later in the same area the has been a brown ""nail"" spot from a leak - it did not get larger - and no one would do anything about it so it has stayed there for 8 year. Now, 8 years later I have water spots in my Master Bedroom, Living Room and the same brown ""nail"" spot in my kitchen. My home is a condominium and at the last board meeting the board said there were ""5"" roofs that have failed. Now it is ""6"". Very disappointed as I, unfortunately, was part of the selection process. Robert impressed me as being very professional and knowledgeable. However, my mother who was in RE for 23 years said she never met a roofer she could trust to do a good job. Guess she was right.

Hello Neighbors,I contracted with Allied and they have been excellant so far.
They showed up at 7 am with their very hard working crew!!
My old roof was completely ripped off ,some new wood added and the entire job cleaned up perfectly.couldnt have asked for more!!
They did all of this in 4 hours.
So if you are looking for a roofing company I very highly recommend
Allied Roof and Sheet metal
They will be installing a 24 gauge metal roof system

Having to replace your roof on a residence when you live in another city can be a daunting challenge. You are left to online reviews and trusting someone else's experiences. And when I noticed a couple of punch list items to address, Allied came out right away and fixed the matter. I can honestly recommend the services of Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal, and my neighbors are now looking at their roofs deciding if it is time to give Allied a call.

I've worked with Allied for a few years now, and most recently called them to come out when I needed to put on a brand new roof. Troy, Wendy, Giselle and Victor were amazing to work with. Hi, can anyone who had a flat roof with tampered insulation for water drainage installed by Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal experiencing roof failure. My roof is popping up and creating circular bubbles on the surface. The roof is only 6 years old. It's been making popping sounds for quite some time but never thought that it was the roof failing. Anyway just wanted to see if someone is having the same problem. There are many areas on the roof where this is happening.

Excellent! We had a leak in my flat roof and called Allied, was put in touch with Troy their GM and he said with rain in the forecast let me send someone out and his crew came out the next morning. Maquis was excellent and told me exactly what he was going to do to fix everything. It turned out perfect. Clean, professional and I can't say enough about how great this company is. Call them if you need roofing help!!

Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal is the only roofing company you should consider. I completed months of research and estimates from multiple companies and feel blessed that I chose Allied. From the minute I contacted them, during the early days of the pandemic no less, they went out of their way to assure me I was in good hands. I met with Troy, the general Manager, for 45 minutes in person and had all of my questions answered. He even gave me a tour of the shop! We worked out the details and the estimate was very competitive for a higher quality roof. That day I gave them a deposit and never looked back. When I struggled with the decision of what color to choose, he gave me a list of houses they had completed so I could drive by to see them. Every Friday leading up to the day the project started, Troy sent me either an email or text letting me know where we were with the permitting, when he had ordered the materials and when the potential start day was. The project itself went off without a hitch. The crew was respectful, kept my yard clean of debris, and did an outstanding and professional job. From the day the roof was completed I have had neighbors, friends and strangers stop to ask me about it. It is definitely a show stopper. If you are looking to replace your roof you already know what an investment it is. There are plenty of companies you could go with but few who are as honest, professional and caring as Allied. Stop searching and go with Allied...you will not be disappointed!

We had used Allied Roofing at our home for several years to patch up leaks prior to finally deciding to replace the entire roof (about 3500 SF).

We have mostly positive feedback - Allied's customer service is excellent, Troy, their GM is very good at communicating all the steps throughout in the project, schedule, pricing and change orders, billing, etc. The workmanship is high quality. Their head field person, Ted, was knowledgeable and professional and seemed to be on top of the actual work that was being done. Their field personnel were also professional. The owner Robert was involved with all aspects of the project from start to finish.

Our only negative feedback is that the initial estimate/contract amount was significantly exceeded. In fairness to Allied and to be clear this was due to a LOT of additional work that had to be done on the roof (decking, structural repairs, replacement of rotted beams, stucco repair, etc.) and some unknowns which presented themselves after the project started. It would have been better (for us) if they were able to do more detailed investigation of the existing conditions of the roof prior to providing the final estimate and executing the contract.

Allied just completed a metal roof at my house in Plantation secluded gardens. They were priced great, service was quick and their communication was absolutely awesome. They completed everything I asked of them. All their workers are polite and considerate. And the roof looks great!
